    Quick, patient and helpful. In and out in 2 minutes! I even forgot my physical insurance card but they were accommodating.

    Arrived today to find the Quest Diagnostic Clinic is nicely tucked away inside the Randall's store…read more Randall's is so pleasing to the eye, walking through the florals, candles and Christmas decor set the tone for a lovely experience. I checked into Quest via my phone, received a response back quickly they were ready for me. This location was very convenient for me in terms on getting my blood work done and getting to work at a reasonable time. Booking the appointment was painless, text reminders were just right, not too many and not to few. About an hour before my appointment received a reminder and COVID question. Easy Peasy. I hate hate hate having blood work done. My veins are very small and it's usually a painful event. Notice I said usually??? That's right, one stick in my hand and the blood was flowing. I'm a happy camper, I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and pain free. No large bruises on my arms , no bruise on my hand.

    Had an appointment for 2:15 today 9/9/22 for simple blood work. I arrived with doors locked…read more Waited....someone from the inside opened the door at 2:34 to tell me they're not accepting patients because of intermittent power issues. I asked "why wasn't I notified, you have my info." She said "we can't control power issues, our staff went to another location to work." I asked "ok but I have appointment, why didn't you notify patients with appointments? And does that other location take walk-ins considering your issues." She said "i don't know." She didn't acknowledge her complete failure to notify me in advance. She showed more enthusiasm putting scotch tape to a paper on their door than dealing with patients. Poor professionalism. Solution: If the location is going to be closed in the middle of an afternoon, call your patients with appointments in advance before they drop by and have to deal with that cold and dry staff.

When you walk in, you'll notice it's clean and doesn't smell.... always a plus for me! There is a small window to check in. I had my drug test paperwork, they took it from me and I was told to sit down until they were ready for me. It was maybe 4-5 minutes later (if that) I was called and taken to a office in the back. He took my ID, I filled a little paperwork out and grabbed my cup. You are showed a small bathroom to do your business. Once done, you are good to go. The whole thing took about 8-10 minutes.

So I had to be the middleman between the two for that to happen, I've never had that problem before. Then after they got my prescription, they couldn't send my results off because the doctor had to ask me some questions. Hopefully your not a busy person because if you miss their call during business hours when people are working, you can expect to play phone tag for over two weeks since the doctor has his phone go straight to voicemail. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Britton, what a nice guy. In 2 weeks he tried calling me twice, I called 6 times. When I finally had the pleasure of talking to him about these important questions he had for me, he starts of a friendly conversation by telling me how hard I am to get a hold of. Sorry you called twice and I was at work. I try being polite because I've worked customer service before and I'm used to working with upset and rude customers. His rudeness continued all while I'm replying yes sir and being polite. The phone line was cutting out and I had to ask him to repeat one of his questions, so he responds by shouting at me and telling me how he's trying to help me. He shouts the rest of the questions at me, says okay you tested negative and hung up on me. The question's that were so important to delay my employment for over two weeks? Do you take any prescriptions? (why would you ask that after you had me get my doctor to fax my prescription to you?) have you left the country, been to the dentist, or the ER in the past 2 weeks? Really?!? That's what they needed to ask? Drug test are never a fun thing to do but it shouldn't be okay to be as bad as this company is. There delay cost me over $1000 in pay. I honestly would go as far to say after all my years in retail that Dr. Britton was the most disrespectful, rude, and arrogant person I've encountered in my life. Trust me because I never take the time to write a review about a company.
