Enter all your credit card information and make the purchase, as I did 48 hours earlier. BUT that doesn't mean their system will register the purchase. I just wasted 45 minutes going to Quest, signing in and waiting, only to find out that their "system" had no record of the purchase. The folks at this Quest facility were courteous and tried to be helpful, but could not overcome Quest's computer programming problem. I'll look elsewhere this time.

A week into my recovery, the wrap covering my leg from knee to toes began to come loose -- something my doctor said could be carefully re-wrapped, but which would be extremely difficult for me to manage on my own due to the extent of my injuries. I came to OnPoint, expecting to receive a few minutes of basic assistance and was stunned when the clerk conferred with the medical staff and informed me that re-wrapping is "not something they get involved with." When I said that I found it hard to believe they would prefer I go home and attempt this myself rather than offer minimal help, I received only a shrug. Since I can't drive myself -- it is my right ankle that is broken -- I had to arrange to be be taken to AFC Urgent Care on Weslayan, where the staff took a few moments to assess my situation and re-wrapped the loosened area without hesitation. They even invited me to return if the wrap should come loose again before my follow-up appointment. I understand urgent care facilities have limitations, but refusing to spend five minutes assisting a patient with a serious fracture -- particularly one who cannot simply drive herself elsewhere -- reflects poorly on this practice. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend OnPoint to anyone in a vulnerable sitution.

My primary care physician's practice just switched to CPL for its diagnostic tests after years of…read moreusing a large chain of labs involving a "Q" word (I don't know if I can mention their name, but you probably can tell which one I mean). When you walk into CPL on Binz, you are greeted by an iPad-sized computer on a 3-foot stick, just to the left of a window where a person probably used to sit. You type in your name and sit. I was called to come back after just a few minutes by a cheerful woman, who asked for more info to find my file and doctors' orders. She was good with a needle. I hardly felt a thing. Everything went smoothly, and I was out of there in a few minutes. Parking still cost $7. Ouch. The "Q" labs had locations with free parking, so I missed that. But CPL has my vote for needle skills and friendliness, based on my one visit.

I was able to make my appointment online and check-in using the QR Code included in the confirmation email from when I made the appointment. As soon as I checked in it gives you an approximate wait time (mine was 4 minutes). I handed my paperwork to CiCi (spelling) at the front desk and I was getting my blood work done and out the door in less than 20 minutes! This was awesome! My only complaint is parking. You have to pay to park and the amount you pay is dependent on how long you are there. So I paid $5 dollars for being there 30 mIn.

I went ahead and made the appointment because I figured if they are in the business to do blood draws, surely they have encountered tiny veins like mine. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. The tech was kind and I was hopeful, but he was not able to get the needle in my vein. I prefer not to let them "dig" for it and, to his credit, he didn't seem to want to do that to me. He offered to let me sit for a few minutes and then try again. I declined. I checked into Quest via my phone, received a response back quickly they were ready for me. This location was very convenient for me in terms on getting my blood work done and getting to work at a reasonable time. Booking the appointment was painless, text reminders were just right, not too many and not to few. About an hour before my appointment received a reminder and COVID question. Easy Peasy. I hate hate hate having blood work done. My veins are very small and it's usually a painful event. Notice I said usually??? That's right, one stick in my hand and the blood was flowing. I'm a happy camper, I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and pain free. No large bruises on my arms , no bruise on my hand.

I asked "why wasn't I notified, you have my info." She said "we can't control power issues, our staff went to another location to work." I asked "ok but I have appointment, why didn't you notify patients with appointments? And does that other location take walk-ins considering your issues." She said "i don't know." She didn't acknowledge her complete failure to notify me in advance. She showed more enthusiasm putting scotch tape to a paper on their door than dealing with patients. Poor professionalism. Solution: If the location is going to be closed in the middle of an afternoon, call your patients with appointments in advance before they drop by and have to deal with that cold and dry staff.

Sorry you called twice and I was at work. I try being polite because I've worked customer service before and I'm used to working with upset and rude customers. His rudeness continued all while I'm replying yes sir and being polite. The phone line was cutting out and I had to ask him to repeat one of his questions, so he responds by shouting at me and telling me how he's trying to help me. He shouts the rest of the questions at me, says okay you tested negative and hung up on me. The question's that were so important to delay my employment for over two weeks? Do you take any prescriptions? (why would you ask that after you had me get my doctor to fax my prescription to you?) have you left the country, been to the dentist, or the ER in the past 2 weeks? Really?!? That's what they needed to ask? Drug test are never a fun thing to do but it shouldn't be okay to be as bad as this company is. There delay cost me over $1000 in pay. I honestly would go as far to say after all my years in retail that Dr. Britton was the most disrespectful, rude, and arrogant person I've encountered in my life.
