Enter all your credit card information and make the purchase, as I did 48 hours earlier. BUT that doesn't mean their system will register the purchase. I just wasted 45 minutes going to Quest, signing in and waiting, only to find out that their "system" had no record of the purchase. The folks at this Quest facility were courteous and tried to be helpful, but could not overcome Quest's computer programming problem. I'll look elsewhere this time.

My major issue and complaint causing this low score is the parking garage. It charges way too much! $8.00 for 20 min is ridiculous. I will need to find a different location in which I am not charged. When you walk into CPL on Binz, you are greeted by an iPad-sized computer on a 3-foot stick, just to the left of a window where a person probably used to sit. You type in your name and sit. I was called to come back after just a few minutes by a cheerful woman, who asked for more info to find my file and doctors' orders. She was good with a needle. I hardly felt a thing. Everything went smoothly, and I was out of there in a few minutes. Parking still cost $7. Ouch. The "Q" labs had locations with free parking, so I missed that. But CPL has my vote for needle skills and friendliness, based on my one visit.

I was pretty annoyed I had to…read moremake an appointment at another facility but was pleasantly surprised because there were so many locations to choose from near my home. I was able to make my appointment online and check-in using the QR Code included in the confirmation email from when I made the appointment. As soon as I checked in it gives you an approximate wait time (mine was 4 minutes). I handed my paperwork to CiCi (spelling) at the front desk and I was getting my blood work done and out the door in less than 20 minutes! This was awesome! My only complaint is parking. You have to pay to park and the amount you pay is dependent on how long you are there. So I paid $5 dollars for being there 30 mIn.

I went ahead and made the appointment because I figured if they are in the business to do blood draws, surely they have encountered tiny veins like mine. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. The tech was kind and I was hopeful, but he was not able to get the needle in my vein. I prefer not to let them "dig" for it and, to his credit, he didn't seem to want to do that to me. He offered to let me sit for a few minutes and then try again. I declined. TLDR; if you have tiny veins, are a "hard stick" or need any other type of "accommodation, you'll be better off at a Quest Lab location.

Arrived today to find the Quest Diagnostic Clinic is nicely tucked away inside the Randall's store…read more Randall's is so pleasing to the eye, walking through the florals, candles and Christmas decor set the tone for a lovely experience. I checked into Quest via my phone, received a response back quickly they were ready for me. This location was very convenient for me in terms on getting my blood work done and getting to work at a reasonable time. Booking the appointment was painless, text reminders were just right, not too many and not to few. About an hour before my appointment received a reminder and COVID question. Easy Peasy. I hate hate hate having blood work done. My veins are very small and it's usually a painful event. Notice I said usually??? That's right, one stick in my hand and the blood was flowing. I'm a happy camper, I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and pain free. No large bruises on my arms , no bruise on my hand.

I asked "why wasn't I notified, you have my info." She said "we can't control power issues, our staff went to another location to work." I asked "ok but I have appointment, why didn't you notify patients with appointments? And does that other location take walk-ins considering your issues." She said "i don't know." She didn't acknowledge her complete failure to notify me in advance. She showed more enthusiasm putting scotch tape to a paper on their door than dealing with patients. Poor professionalism. Solution: If the location is going to be closed in the middle of an afternoon, call your patients with appointments in advance before they drop by and have to deal with that cold and dry staff.

I had my drug test paperwork, they took it from me and I was told to sit down until they were ready for me. It was maybe 4-5 minutes later (if that) I was called and taken to a office in the back. Sorry you called twice and I was at work. I try being polite because I've worked customer service before and I'm used to working with upset and rude customers. His rudeness continued all while I'm replying yes sir and being polite. The phone line was cutting out and I had to ask him to repeat one of his questions, so he responds by shouting at me and telling me how he's trying to help me. He shouts the rest of the questions at me, says okay you tested negative and hung up on me. The question's that were so important to delay my employment for over two weeks? Do you take any prescriptions? (why would you ask that after you had me get my doctor to fax my prescription to you?) have you left the country, been to the dentist, or the ER in the past 2 weeks? Really?!? That's what they needed to ask? Drug test are never a fun thing to do but it shouldn't be okay to be as bad as this company is. There delay cost me over $1000 in pay. I honestly would go as far to say after all my years in retail that Dr. Britton was the most disrespectful, rude, and arrogant person I've encountered in my life.
