Great location, very friendly staff especially lonnie & melissa. They are extremely friendly and professional. The wait was only about 10 minutes and office was very clean. read more

This was my first time at this location. I got there at 7:15am and was out in about an hour. I signed in on their tablet on the counter, sat down and waited for them to call my name to give them my lab orders and insurance card and waited just another 40 minutes or so to get called back to get my blood drawn. There must have been at least 20 people ahead of me too. The 2 ladies at the front desk were nice, fast and efficient. I saw 4-5 phlebotomist calling patients back pretty quickly. The phlebotomist that drew my blood, I think her name was Preshanae (I know I spelled that wrong) was very nice and pleasant and it didn't even hurt when she poked me. Awesome job! The office was neat and clean and clutter free. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Quest diagnostics in the hospital was 1 pretty hard to locate and 2 the wait time we ce at 11:25 and they called us in at 12:30 took my blood and we left best to go early or late read more

Listen, I don't get up to check people's name tags often mostly because it's not even worth it but STACY is SO freaking rude. Cheer up. Say please and thank you. Stop being so snippy, it's ugly. As if people WANT to be here and WANT to deal with your attitude. And based on the other reviews I've read, she's not much pleasant to anybody else either. I cannot comprehend how she still holds a job there. read more

Had an 11 minute wait for the last hour and a half. Been waiting for almost 3 hours total so far. The estimated wait times are grossly inaccurate! Quest has no respect for people's time! read more

I went in to get blood work done after coming down from the OB/GYN in the same building, which everyone there is great by the way. Anyways, I noticed the receptionist named CECILIA was moving almost frantically from the time I stepped into line. She was not very friendly and with how fast she was moving and trying to do everything, you'd think it's because they were busy and she was stressed. GIRL ITS 10AM YOUR DAY JUST STARTED AND THERE IS ONE PERSON IN THE WAITING ROOM CHILL TF OUT. So, she processed me to go back and get my blood work. I sat down in the chair, and 5 minutes later CECILIA comes back there (very swiftly) and starts getting everything out to do my blood work. Again, moving extremely fast for no effing reason. I was about to tell her that she was making me nervous and to calm down. Then, she puts the needle in without even letting me breathe for a second, and IT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL BLOOD WORK I EVER RECEIVED (and blood work usually does not bother me in the least)!!! She asked if I was ok in a tone that already made it seem like she didn't give a crap, and I told her "uhhh actually no this is the most painful blood work I've ever gotten". She responded with, "well I'm not trying to hurt you." Then slapped the cotton gauze on my arm and ran back to her front desk. All in all, DO NOT LET THE WOMAN NAMED CECILIA DO ANYTHING TO YOU!!! Jesus Christ. read more

Very rude check in people, if you can go to a different lab do it, no customer service , the one in st rose hospital

I read the reviews about horrible wait times, so I made an appointment. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Donna was great, and clearly experienced with needle nervous people like myself. I have no complaints! However, I do recommend arriving a few minutes early to find parking... read more

I had to get blood drawn and this one of few places open on a Saturday. My experience was great, nice office, very friendly staff, and super quick. I was in an out in less than twenty minutes, without any appointment. Who knows what the wait would be like on another day, but even if I would have had to wait a bit I still would have had a good experience. read more

Not only is this location dirty, they lost my appointment and made me wait an hour and just when my name was called they found my appointment so I basically waited for nothing. I then received a call the next day from my Dr's office telling me the blood drawn was contaminated due to the vial being left out overnight. Are you serious!? DON'T GO HERE. read more

This is the Quest Lab to go to. I walked in and the room was filled I thought I would be waiting all day! Sat for 20 minutes and got called in. My technician asked me what arm I wanted blood drawn from and I said "whichever one you can find a vein on because usually no one could ever find a vein on me". She did a couple of taps here and there poked me once and less then 5 minutes she was done. No bruises no pain and she was super nice. By the time I got out they only had about 10 patients lefts! It's an awesome team here and it's clean! read more

If u come early you can be in and out. Prepare to arrive before 6, because sometimes there is a line already. The ladies at this location are very friendly and try their best to make your process and smooth and quick. I like how they open at 6 because then I can still make it to work on time. read more

Patty here is awesome! Great personality and a kind soul. She made getting blood work done easy and with no anxiety.

If it weren't for my instincts, I would not have known that St. Rose Hospital housed this Quest location. The good news is I scheduled my appointment online which made for quick service. The problem was my assigned Tech (older, blond/gray haired woman) was very curt with me. To make matters worse, during the cannulation process the needle felt fine upon insertion however, the needle hurt when it was REMOVED!!! Per my Nursing colleagues, pressure was applied to the site during the needle removal which creates a scraping effect. Afterwards I felt a burning/stinging sensation like no other. Days later I felt what seemed like nerve pain and eventual numbness. The Tech's practice is apparently outdated and avoidable. I will never return to this location. read more

I'm not one to write horrible reviews but if I could give this place a 0, I would. I had an appointment for 12:15pm for a simple drug screening for a new job. It is now 1:27pm and I'm still waiting on my name to be called. I've already approached the desk, which by the way has a rude technician behind it, inquiring about my status. She then says "you're next" not even acknowledging the fact that my appointment is well over an hour late. And yes I do understand first come, first serve basis even for appointments, but even walk-ins that came in after me have been called up before me. If I could ask for my paperwork back, I would have but they've already written on it. DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION! Super inconsiderate to those who actually made the time to schedule an appointment to no avail. It is now 1:31pm and I still haven't been called. read more

I went in to have my blood work done a couple of weeks ago and there were only TWO Tech's on while I waited for two and a half hours! The tech finally called me in. I sat in the arm chair and he told me I could 'not hold my purse on my lap.' I told him, 'I always do.' He said it was 'against the law' that the armrests were 'not fully down,' He looked like he was 'high.' on something because his eyes were hooded and looked half closed! He grabbed my bag and now, we were in a TUG-OF-WAR. I got tired and let it go. He placed it on a chair. I told him I do not want my bag on the 'FILTHY CHAIR HE SITS ON.' I told him to place it on the doorknob. He did, I walked out after I was finished and now, i am determined to take this further! Yes, folks, this is FABULOUS LAS VEGAS!!! read more

Labs usually require a long wait unless you make an appointment in advance which I never remember to do.

Best lab experience ive had in the 20 years ive lived in vegas . I recommend the Anthem location. ! No wait and great techs.

The place is quite busy today. Patients waiting are impatient, grumpy and hungry (as many are fasting); I'm watching the three front desk people handle each person with patience and respect. As one woman complained about the long wait, and that she was hungry, the male at the front desk suggested she drink water, as that will help. Other patients complained about the wait, and the ladies at the desk empathetically replied "we are doing the best we can". They really are doing the best they can. Personally, I'm thankful that they are open on a Saturday and maintain kindness and professionalism despite the fact that many patients aren't giving the same respect. read more

The entire staff at this location was extremely rude to myself and all the other elderly patients!!! Never coming back.

This was the worst experience I have had in a outpatient setting. When we walked in the receptionist was rude. She also told us it was going to be an hour because we were walk ins, which was understandable. Then after and hour we asked how many more people in front of us. She said ten people. We waited an additional hour, then we asked again how many people were In front of us. She said ten people. She kept moving our name back bc we did not have an appointment! At least be honest and give us a real wait time so we can plan accordingly! We never even got seen! read more

The front office staff was very helpful and were attentive to honor our appointment. It was my son's first visit and so he was nervous and tense. The phlebotomists were super kind, patient, comforting and did an excellent job. They made sure to make his first experience a positive one. I'm very thankful to everyone here. read more

They have a wait time monitor that scrolls and my wait time has not changed in 35 minutes. Ridiculous how slow this place is. No one who works here has any sense of urgency. If you are fasting, good luck. 1 hour and 40 min wait. The monitor checked me in with a 27 minute wait. Go figure. Once I was assisted the representative was courteous and I professional read more

If you can get Ada to draw blood for you, you are in the most skillful hands. I will ask for her next time also. I have horrible experience from other technician who are less experienced. I was bruised so badly that my arms were black for month. Today, I need to draw 11 little tube of blood and I was so nervous before the process begin. Fortunately I got Ada to do the work. I didn't even feel the needle that enter my vein. She has worked in Henderson Quest for a long time. I hope she will never retire. Raymond Wang, 11/16/15 read more

I made a 1 pm appt. I had to listen to two personal calls the receptionist made Lots of laughing and complaining about how crazy work was and she was also sharing medical info about a friend or relative. Seen my doctor, she sent me straight for blood work to the upstairs Quest suite. Been waiting now for 2 hours and not even close to being seen . Very short staffed, room is full of people in the same boat. Per the front desk, only one person drawing blood today. Shame on Quest for such a poorly ran clinic considering people are usually here because they are not well. read more

The lady with the blonde hair and glasses was so rude and very unaccommodating. I wouldn't even give her a star or ever come back here again. I didn't even want to wait because of her so I am definitely going to another location. I would never recommend this location just because of her. read more

A most miserable experience. The staff uncaring and incompentant as they forgot the patient sitting next to me. I have been waiting for 90 min. and was just told I had a 20 min. wait. Try Labcorp it can't be any worse. I gave Quest 1 star because I couldn't give n one read more

I made an appointment for Friday afternoon. They only had ONE person to draw blood and there was no apparent rhyme or reason for the order they were taking people. They need more people and a better process. read more

Patty was the technician at the Eastern location when my two year old son, his father and I visited the facility to have our son's blood drawn. We waited for 2 and half hours prior to being seen. Once in the room she tied off his arm then stated to his father "are you able to hold him". He said yes. Then she shouted for another associate to join, & the young women responded she would be in after she was done. I asked Patty whether or not it was necessary as his arm was already tied off & he was getting visibly more upset. She was quite hostile in her response to me & said she was going to draw the blood and SHE would make the decision. I again asked her calmly whether we could proceed as he was prepared and just getting more upset while having to wait. She actually glared and me. Then the other associate arrived and at this point Patty started loudly and unprofessionally speaking to my son, while putting on gloves & preparing (which could've been done prior while we were forced to wait) that "Patty's here, daddy's here you good, you good little man..Patty & daddy gonna take good care of you " She actually looked over at me & glared while she was drawing his blood. He is unaccustomed to this procedure, obviously frightened , 2 years of age and her manner of interacting with him was extremely upsetting to me, his father, and elevated his fear & anxiety. After the time spent listening to her loud and over bearing voice & demeanor, and once the blood draw was concluded she looked at me and said "now you Daddy, YOU hold your baby" as he was clearly reaching for me for comfort. I am very disappointed that she completely disregarded my concerns and my advocating/requests for my son was dismissed. I felt strongly she was personally putting me down during this process. He was held after and comforted by me, even though she physically intervened & tried to turn him around in his fathers arms rather than allow me to take his out reached arms. As we were exiting she also mumbled something. I also feel strongly that this process, choices Etc should be communicated to parents prior to prepping a toddler as to limit his exposure to the trauma & give parents their right to make informed choices & work with the technician, rather than the near debacle that occurred. I am also personally offended that anyone in her position would behave so immaturely and unprofessionally towards a patient's parent. We will never visit this facility again, nor do I recommend that you do. read more

Front desk staff seemed a little rude but my wait time was about 2 minutes (with an appointment). I was 15 minutes early and was out of the office before it was even time for my appointment. The lady who did the blood draw was very good at her job. I had no pain or bruising. read more

I've always used Quest Diagnostic for our lab. Having a child with Medical issues, you can imagine the terror they feel any time they need any type of medical procedures and tests. Today, she needed her routine blood work done. I explain to the ladies her issues, and they were extremely understanding. They unfortunately were unsuccessful on the first attempt, and while they were attempting, a colleague of theirs came in. Had horrible bedside manner, James ridiculed my daughter, and was extremely disrespectful. He even had the nerve to yell at my daughter. I told him he needed to leave, and what he was doing was extremely unprofessional. He then decided to throw a temper tantrum in the following room, ripping his coat off and throwing it on the floor. I had 6 techs rush in the room to check to see if my daughter and I were ok. Even his supervisor. I was given the regional managers number to speak with him. I really hope not all children, who grow up walking pin cushions are not treated this way on a daily basis. It broke my heart, and mama bear sure came out. I really appreciate the girls who helped me, but James. You need another profession! read more
