Brianna got my vein on the first try, no fuss no muss and I hardly have a bruise some 8 hours later.

LabCorp at this location is definitely one of the ones that make it painless and simple. Fair warning, this place fills up pretty quickly, when I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30, there was already four or five people standing in line. I went in at 6:45 and the line was nine people deep. They're very prompt, and the doors opened right away at 7:00 a.m., and everybody lined up in front of the check-in kiosk. Process went pretty quickly and names were called right away to head back. I think I was seated for no more than 5 minutes before my name was called, they asked for driver's license and insurance card and then gave me a piece of paper and told me to head back. The ladies in the back were very nice and professional. Honestly? This was one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had. She was very skilled and made the process very simple. I had to give a urine sample, as they only have one restroom in the blood draw room. I had to go across the hallway, not a big deal, although I don't like wandering around with a cup of urine in my hand. But I went back in and dropped it into the little white basket and how it was on my way. Bottom line? I don't know about the other LabCorps in the area but this one is at the top of my list. Bonus points. It's in the same medical building as my doctor, so I can kill two birds with one stone when I need to. Need to get blood drawn and are a patient of that facility. You are in luck!

We have been seeing Dr Anand for years now and today was one of the worst experiences yet. Actually several experiences have been horrible. Like two years ago when she sent me to see a Nefrologist. A kidney doctor. Now, I have regular appointments about every 4 months with Dr Anand. I got in to see the kidney doctor very quickly. Lo and behold I have stage 4 kidney disease. I want to know what the heck happened to stage 2 and 3? Why not wait until I need dialysis? Pffft! The only reason we keep going here is we never have to wait for the scheduled appointment time. That's in the past. Today I sat in the doctor's room waiting for my 30 minute annual exam for 23 minutes. She spent 8 minutes with me then drug me out to the counter. I'm like wait is my appointment over? She kept telling me no. Then she went into her office and shut the door. Came out in some minutes with my referral. I had a breast biopsy a month ago. I was told by SDMI that the results would be back in about a week. After a week I called Dr Anand because I heard nothing. In fact I called 4 times and left messages because nobody answers the phone anymore. I repeated name, dob, phone number and purpose of call twice during each call. No call was ever returned! When I inquired today why was this happening they all came up with the new phone system excuse. So as she's pushing me out the door I'm asking what about my biopsy results. She tried to tell me that she told me they were normal. I might be getting old but I'm not deaf or crazy. This appointment was very bad. Very rushed and I don't even know the results of my blood work. Needless to say we are in search of a new primary care doctor. We have 5 months to find one. We're done here before they kill us.

Years, the last one was in Orange county, California. I was actually excited to see how I had progressed in the last 15 years, and get a new CPAP machine. The place was super easy to find, located in the back of a medical complex, the sleep center of Nevada had plenty of parking, and was very easy to locate. I arrived at 9 :20, filled out my paperwork and got ready for the night. The staff there was excellent, very friendly, ready to answer questions and concerns, and made the experience very enjoyable. The room itself was fairly scarce, it had a dresser, nightstand, TV, and was outfitted with cameras. Get you completely wired up with all the sensors you need, it's time to go to bed. Now I get it. Sleeping somewhere else is never as comfortable as your own home, however, I will say that the mattress is there. We're very cushy and it was a overall comfortable experience. Would I rate this as a five-star hotel? No. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed in? No absolutely not. This was completely acceptable, clean and functional. Bottom line? If you're looking for a great place to get a sleep study done, I cannot recommend this more.

Disappointing Follow-Up Despite a Strong Start…read more I had my sleep study done at this sleep clinic, and unfortunately, my experience after the study has been extremely frustrating. I have called over 20 times in the last three weeks trying to obtain my sleep study results. Their phone system consistently redirects callers to voicemail, and despite leaving multiple messages, I have never received a follow-up call. The lack of responsiveness has made an already stressful medical situation even more difficult. During the sleep study itself, the environment was not ideal. The hallways echoed loudly with footsteps throughout the night--at times it sounded like someone walking in heels galloping down the hallway--which made it hard to sleep and distracted from the purpose of the study. Additionally, the adhesive used irritated my scalp for several days afterward. While that may not be entirely their fault, it's something future patients should be aware of. I want to be fair: booking the appointment was a great experience, and the process leading up to the study went smoothly. However, following up on results has been a painful and unresolved process, and that is a critical part of patient care. At this point, the one thing I would truly appreciate is transparent communication. Even a simple update or realistic timeline would go a long way. Until that improves, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I literally arrived, checked in at the kiosk, and I had an appointment scheduled with about a 10-minute wait. The machine acted a little funny when I first tried to scan my ID when I chose the Express check-in option, but I adjusted the card a bit, and it scanned the front and back with no problem after that. Once it scanned my ID, it had me choose and accept the next available time and gave me a choice about whether I wanted to wait in the lab center waiting area or get a text alert that tells me when to return to the center if I preferred to step out. I thought that was nice, especially for longer wait times. Luckily my wait time was super short. My tech was Jerika, and she was awesome! I actually enjoyed talking to her even though I wasn't looking forward to getting my blood drawn at all. She also gave me the option to do either the blood or urine test first, which was actually helpful since I didn't even know there was a urine test component for my prescribed labs. So I was able to chug a lot of water before both, lol! Jerika was also a really skilled phlebotomist, and I barely felt anything during the actually blood draw itself. I was literally in and out of my appointment within 15 minutes. I seriously was not expecting that at all! I arrived at 12:20pm, was seen at 12:30pm, and was out by 12:45pm! I wanted to mention this from a previous visit too that I forgot to write about--Melia, back when I saw her last year, was a great tech too!
