Don't do what I did which was not paying attention to what I was doing. I arrived at my appointment early. I swiped the bar code I saved on my phone and it wasn't taking....so I tried numerous times, I put my license in when it asked for that numerous times, hit restart and kept trying over and over. There is no one at a reception desk because there is no reception desk and no one else was waiting in the waiting room so I was free to make a fool out of myself for quite a while. I got a message that they did not have an appointment for me. I got a message did I want to make an appointment for another day or later that day but I had to wait an hour in a half if I wanted one that day which I did not want to do of course. I was frustrated. All of a sudden this blonde phlebotomist, Judy, came out. She was like an angel coming threw the doors. She said someone mentioned I was having a problem and I thought ugh...someone actually saw me doing this? She told me I did not have the right address. I was expecting to get thrown out. But she took me right in. Then we had an issue that my doctor had not forwarded the form. No problem, she called him and got it. Judy was so helpful, compassionate, patient, great to talk to, very professional, and it was obvious to her that making people happy was something she did. I would absolutely recommend this location. Make sure you have the right location when you schedule.

This was the best experience I've ever had getting blood taken. I had to get blood drawn for new…read moreemployment. Ty was my phlebotomist and she was excellent. I've had to get blood taken so many times over the course of my life (routine, research studies, donating, new employment, etc) and honestly this was the best blood draw I've ever had. Ty made the tourniquet and found a good vein immediately. She put the needle in and was smooth with the whole process. She got a few vials filled within a minute. There's usually an issue every time I have to get blood taken because I'm dehydrated, or my veins are too small or they can't find them. So it's always a hassle, blood won't come out or too slow.. I've had every issue. But not this time. Ty is a true professional. She was kind and efficient. She knew what she was doing and I would trust her and honestly hope I get her again whenever I have to get blood drawn. Thanks for leaving me NOT traumatized, Ty!!

In and out, super quick! I usually go to Quest to get blood drawn but I had to come here recently…read morefor a different blood test. Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. I even asked if she could use a smaller needle which she unfortunately couldn't due to the sample I needed, but she would have otherwise. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. Easy parking in a lot, as well.

I only came to this location to drop off a lab sample. The tech that greeted me was very combative…read moreand made an uncomfortable situation feel humiliating. It was a brief, but terrible experience, and I'm unsure if my lab sample will even be usable because I cannot make another drop-off appointment for another location until after the 24-hour period. All I was able to get out of this tech was storage information that hopefully may work until then, but most of the time they spoke over me or at me, not to me. I will never return to this location.
