This review is solely based on my experience for a biometric screening. I scheduled the appointment online and received a confirmation email. Upon entering the driveway there were signs to direct me to the correct entrance for Quest. Enter the Main entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor then make a right when exiting the elevator. It's easy to find and I appreciated the signs providing direction. Upon entering the room I first noticed that it appeared to be clean and then I read the instructions on how to check-in. It was easy to use the kiosk. It was a short wait before I was called back. The lab tech was pleasant and professional. It was a very easy process and I was in and out in no time. It was a much better experience from the other lab company I visited last year in Riverdale. read more

Completely unacceptable experience. There is no one to speak to --ever. When you call, there's no customer service or live person to answer questions. When you arrive, it's the same situation! There's no front desk staff, and the glass window stays closed, so you can't talk to anyone. The entire waiting room was frustrated because no one could get their questions answered. The staff was also not super kind. I brought my 15-month-old son in for blood work. They called us back before our scheduled time, but my husband arrived three minutes before our appointment and couldn't get in because there was no one at the front to assist. I asked the technician if she could let him back while she was still preparing, and she brushed it off, saying someone else would. No one did. I asked again before she started the second arm, and that time she just ignored me and continued. My husband was only able to come back halfway through the second draw because another PATIENT happened to open the door on his way out. My son ended up bruised on both arms from the needle being moved around so much, which I understand happens with small children, but it would have made a big difference to have my husband there to help support him. Smooth process despite there being no attendant at the window as you use a check-in kiosk. I made an appointment for 9am which is the time I also arrived. I was called back at 9:23am. Unfortunately I was not able to provide a sufficient urine sample so I had to sit back in the lonny and consume the provided bottle water. You are unable to leave when it is a drug screening and you are provided 1 bottle of water every hour for up to 3 hours. The tv screen also has a queue to let you know where you are in the process of being seen which is nice. Ad I waited the turn over time was quick. I don't believe I noticed anyone come in and wait longer than 30min from entrance to exit. The staff was personable and helpful as well. Compared to other labs I have visited the wait times here are shorter while efficient care is still being provided. read more

Customer service sucks.... They will not answer the window no matter how much you knock on it. Several people tried and nobody ever answered.... If you have questions you have to ask the many people waiting in the waiting room and hopefully someone will help you that doesn't work there. You better hope you can figure out the kiosk or you're screwed. I hope I never ever have to use these losers ever again. I'll use anyone else besides these rejects. Seriously, I blew 5 hours on this place for a simple drug screen.. the entire group needs to be fired.. I can't name anyone because I'm not sure there's anyone even here. This place is terrible! The women working keep the glass sliding door to the check in desk closed! So elderly people are walking in, have an appt and just sit down thinking that's what you do since no one is there. Turns out, they are all in the back as you can hear them. If you knock, they ignore you. I as a patient had to help two other patients get checked in on the kiosk! How inappropriate and unprofessional to not have any help and leave clients at the mercy of a stranger. Then one opened the door and we had to ask for help. Omg....the nasty look on her face! Then she proceeds with the attitude. So, my question is... who forces these women to work there when clearly they are hateful, unprofessional and downright nasty? Quest Diagnostics needs to send someone to see this lack of care. read more

So first of all this place is super understaff, and the customer service by the people working here in the diagnostic place is horrific. The employees are rude and disrespectful and act like I'm doing them a favorite. I will never come back to this horrible place I feel sorry for the patients that come here to be treated to like crap from disgruntled employees. read more

Shalanda and Desirae were fabulously helpful! I had the audacity to walk in asking for help right before they closed. Not a single frown or eye roll! They went above and beyond to explain what I would need for each lab order, how the processes would work, and even helped me with a closer location's address. Both of them were SO nice. My primary care doctor and my specialty medical provider both switched to Quest Diagnostics in January 2023. I have had NOTHING but trouble with the billing aspect of this sub-par service provider. The bills are NOT delivered until months later, and usually only find out when you go to get lab work done and are denied because of an outstanding balance. In last quarter of 2023 several duplicate claims were made to my primary insurance company, and all duplicates were denied. Then instead of billing my secondary, which I provide at EVERY office visit, they keep rebilling primary. Then 4-5 months later they send an overdue notice. NOTE, they never sent a first bill, nor any others until I get an overdue notice. On May10, 2024, my doctor sent me to Quest for bloodwork, which the technician denied due to a $16.42 overdue bill FROM JANUARY 19, 2024. I immediately called their number only to be told a bill was sent, but not to the secondary insurance company. At that time the customer service rep said she would clear the overdue notice but it would take at least 24 hours to show up. This is on a Friday. So I had to wait until Monday May 13 to have my blood work started. On Saturday in the mail I received the overdue notice in the mail, but never the original bill. My secondary said they have never received any bills from Quest this calendar year. When you go online, you cannot see any invoices or bills. You HAVE to call to get the bill number to go online and SEE the bills, and each is different. I spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone today to get the original bill from January, and ask why it hasn't been billed. They have no answer. My suggestion would be for Quest to make it easier to see outstanding bills so we as customers can help them file claims, since they can't seem to do it themselves OR to go to another lab service, which is what I will be doing from now on. But to be honest, their lab reports are easily accessible and are delivered to both medical offices and patients quickly and accurately. Too bad their billing side of the house isn't as streamlined. read more

I went in for labs and the nurse didn't put labels on my blood specimen vials. Said machine needed new tape. "There were other previous vials sitting on counter with no labels" When my dr repeatedly requested labs three weeks later they had no record of my being there at all. This is a janky outfit and the nurse clearly discarded my labs unlawfully because of there incompetents. Don't do business with this place. Who knows what else is going on there. read more
