The staff at this location are extremely RUDE. Several people with early morning lab appointments (most of which were fasting for their labs, had to walk out. They took walk-in's before the appointments. read more

40 minutes of waiting after watching 3 people go ahead of me. This clinic will take its sweet time at the cost of your time. Please put more responsible people here. I gonna try one more time till I advocate completely against Labcorp and piedmont. People are getting sick of your money and time wasting efforts. read more

Shortly after, I spoke with the young lady whose name I unfortunately did not get, at the front desk who was extremely helpful and full of charisma! I only waited about 3 minutes before being called back. Alexa drew my blood and she was absolutely THE BEST! The moment I sat down, she started a friendly conversation and made me feel completely comfortable. I let her know I was nervous and had a fear of needles -- and she was so gentle and quick that I barely even noticed she was finished! Office staff was normal, nice enough, but the phlebotomist really brought up the rating. .

You can never reach an…read moreactual person, they don't respond to text messages (their preferred method of communication), their voicemail system is a jumbled mess that frequently disconnects for no reason, some physicians won't refill critical medications due to their personal "philosophical views" on certain medications (forcing patients to go cold turkey, which can induce a stroke with certain anti-anxiety medications). I never felt so abused by my primary care provider (and I've had some real doozies in my day). Someone is going to suffer a major medical issue due to their lack of care and failure to promptly address patient needs.
