Repeated incidents where our family member urinated on herself due to delayed assistance. Technicians appeared unsure how to safely assist with mobility and transfers. Towels obstructing walkers and refusal to adjust them, creating safety risks. Supervisor entered the room and incorrectly alleged that we were recording staff. There were positive experiences, such as attentive nurses on March 30, consistent therapy sessions, and thoughtful comfort measures (like adjusting pillows and towels). However, the repeated delays and lack of confidence among some staff made us very concerned for the patient's dignity and safety. We hope this feedback helps the hospital improve training, staffing, and communication so that future patients do not experience similar issues. Would we recommend this hospital.
