Upon entering the driveway there were signs to direct me to the correct entrance for Quest. Enter the Main entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor then make a right when exiting the elevator. It's easy to find and I appreciated the signs providing direction. Upon entering the room I first noticed that it appeared to be clean and then I read the instructions on how to check-in. It was easy to use the kiosk. It was a short wait before I was called back. The lab tech was pleasant and professional. It was a very easy process and I was in and out in no time. It was a much better experience from the other lab company I visited last year in Riverdale.

You are unable to leave when it is a drug screening and you are provided 1 bottle of water every hour for up to 3 hours. The tv screen also has a queue to let you know where you are in the process of being seen which is nice. Ad I waited the turn over time was quick. I don't believe I noticed anyone come in and wait longer than 30min from entrance to exit. The staff was personable and helpful as well. Compared to other labs I have visited the wait times here are shorter while efficient care is still being provided.

I only waited about 3 minutes before being called back. Alexa drew my blood and she was absolutely THE BEST! The moment I sat down, she started a friendly conversation and made me feel completely comfortable. I let her know I was nervous and had a fear of needles -- and she was so gentle and quick that I barely even noticed she was finished! Appointments definitely come first, and they should. Lesson learned! My biggest concern wasn't actually the wait--it was the lack of privacy at check-in. The waiting area is small, and staff ask questions loudly enough for everyone to hear. At one point, they called out asking who was there for a drug test. Only one person spoke up, but then the receptionist proceeded to call two other names for drug tests anyway. That made me wonder... if you already knew who they were, why announce it to the whole waiting room? Why not simply call each person up individually? The same goes for asking people what kind of test they're there for. Most people probably don't mind saying "blood work," but what if someone is there for something much more personal? Medical visits should feel private, not like group trivia. Now for the positive: once I finally got called back, everything was smooth sailing. The phlebotomist was friendly, quick, and had my blood drawn before I could even finish thinking, "Please don't miss the vein." She did an excellent job.
