Upon entering the driveway there were signs to direct me to the correct entrance for Quest. Enter the Main entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor then make a right when exiting the elevator. It's easy to find and I appreciated the signs providing direction. Upon entering the room I first noticed that it appeared to be clean and then I read the instructions on how to check-in. It was easy to use the kiosk. It was a short wait before I was called back. The lab tech was pleasant and professional. It was a very easy process and I was in and out in no time. It was a much better experience from the other lab company I visited last year in Riverdale.

When you arrive, it's the same situation! There's no front desk staff, and the glass window stays closed, so you can't talk to anyone. The entire waiting room was frustrated because no one could get their questions answered. The staff was also not super kind. I brought my 15-month-old son in for blood work. They called us back before our scheduled time, but my husband arrived three minutes before our appointment and couldn't get in because there was no one at the front to assist. I asked the technician if she could let him back while she was still preparing, and she brushed it off, saying someone else would. No one did. I asked again before she started the second arm, and that time she just ignored me and continued. My husband was only able to come back halfway through the second draw because another PATIENT happened to open the door on his way out. My son ended up bruised on both arms from the needle being moved around so much, which I understand happens with small children, but it would have made a big difference to have my husband there to help support him. I will not be returning.

I only waited about 3 minutes before being called back. Alexa drew my blood and she was absolutely THE BEST! The moment I sat down, she started a friendly conversation and made me feel completely comfortable. I let her know I was nervous and had a fear of needles -- and she was so gentle and quick that I barely even noticed she was finished! Honestly, with employees this kind and professional, it's hard to believe this place has such low ratings. My experience was nothing short of excellent!

There is a restroom & water available. The kiosk estimated the wait time to be 2 hours & 25 minutes. It was not. I received a text message when it was time to be seen.
