Today Sat 04/23/2022 had a Wonderful Experience , I was so impressed with the new system they are using for the clients! Most of All Everyone was so nice ! Now I leave the Best for Last,, CHRISTINA L ,, the Lady who drew my Blood was Excellent,, I was so Impressed with her, I couldn't wait to come home to write review. See I don't have the easiest veins to find. Since I went through Chemo. But CHRISTINA she's a Pro,, 1st shot,, no problem! Not to mention a very Pleasant Person in the AM too ! Today was my first time in this location and I am impressed. The office appears new and modern with an easy self check in process. My scheduled appointment was only a brief wait time. I was helped with my bloodwork by Christina who was so nice. She was kind, understanding and patient with me despite my squeamishness about bloodwork. Thank you Christina! read more

Awful Customer Service The employees have an attitude. They act like you are imposing on them and they are doing you a favor by even helping you. I don't know who trained them how to draw blood but they need a refresher course that is for sure. The woman taking my blood, went right through the back of my vein by inserting the needle in too far and too deep. I have a huge hematoma and black and blue mark on my arm. I used to be a phlebotomist and I have really good veins so I know there was absolutely no reason for this to happen to me except for incompetence and total lack of care on their part. I really hate Quest and I wish there was a competitor that I could use but they seem to be the only game in town. They are simply awful...they deserve ZERO stars. read more

They have 1 job. Take blood. They can't even do that right. It took multiple people and multiple needles to draw blood. Go elsewhere.

Just a shout out. to say I had a good experience with Arelis M. At QUEST on black rock turnpike in Fairfield Ct. I have been to this lab many times but just wanted to single out this young woman. Very, very, very poor customer service. From the start. Staff made me feel incompetent because THEY couldn't find the electronic requests for blood work when I was assured by my doctor's office that not only was an electronic request filed but a fax was sent as well. I opted to leave instead of wasting any more time being demeaned by the staff at this location. Not a comfortable environment. Would never recommend to anyone, even if in a pinch. read more

Quest said they are open until noon on Saturday. Instead they locked their doors well before noon and then wave you off like you are annoying them when you try to get their attention. What a horrible way to treat customers! People who visit Quest are typically struggling with their health. What a horrible health care system that this kind of company can operate so callously. read more

I had labs done at 645 today. The two staff members were quick and excellent. There were only two of them. One of them helped an elderly person with kiosk checkin. They were both friendly. My phlebotomist was very quick with the vein puncture and it was virtually painfree. Highly recommend. I'm just sorry I don't know the names of these two wonderful staff members. read more

Heads up. I went a few days ago and there were signs saying that its closed for repairs so for now, go to the Post Road or Bridgeport. There was no info as far as why or how long it would be closer. I've been there many, many times, always during the middle of a weekday and the most I've ever had to wait was behind three people. It's nice and quick. read more

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who wants quick and efficient lab results. I have waited over a month for blood results and when I called today they told me that they have no recollection of me being there for an appointment (which I was). I proceeded to call customer services because I could not believe that they did not have any information about my appointment or my bloodwork results....Quest said that they did not take enough of my blood to submit it for testing even though 3 vials were full because I looked, and they lied about how I almost fainted in the office - I was in there for a lactose test as well as bloodwork and after a 12 hour fast and taking 3 vials of my blood, they decided to have me drink a whole glass of milk in 5 minutes(I was actually timed)....Now after a 12 hour fast and 3 vials of blood taken this was not a good idea and I felt light headed & nauseous. Now I have no lab results at all after going through all of this because I was told they discarded my blood after 7 days (which I was never told). Very disappointing and I will never go back. I just moved to California this past month and now I have to go through this all over again...DO NOT GO HERE. read more
