Absolutely horrible service. Scheduled on line for the same day. When I arrived, I signed in and…read moresat down. About 10 minutes later a woman came and called out my name. She stated "you have an appointment" and I told her yes and she said you must have scheduled it this morning. Went in back, I handed her my paperwork. She rudely said what's this, this is not an order. I explained this was the paperwork I got. She sat with her back to me and got on the phone. She said she did not even know what this one request was. I offered her a number and she said she already was on hold and they are not answering. .I told her I had two other numbers and she said well good luck with that.. I called the one number while she was on the phone and was able to get someone. I went to hand her the phone and told her I got the office, she said rudely and what number did you dial. She grabbed the phone said hello and when there was not a immediate response, the reception was not good in back of the building, she handed me the phone and said "they hung up on you". Told her I was still connect waited a couple minutes than hung up and called the same number back, this time I put it on speaker, when I got an answer, and went to hand her the phone, she again grabbed it and within 15 seconds said no one was on there and handed me the phone back. There was a man on the phone still. A second woman came in and the first woman told her that she could not reach anyone and that she did not know what the one order was. I told her I could try again later and she became nice and said no I am just trying to understand the one request. The other woman took the paper and said we aren't doing that there is no signature and she has seen that before and walked away. I finally said I will go somewhere else and and asked for my paper back. She said she was only trying to help and i told her did not sound like it. All these two woman had to do was say, in a decent voice, was that the order did not have a signature, pointed to what they thought was wrong and I could have made the attempt to the doctor's office and if that did not work, I could have told them I would get back to them. I will NEVER go back to this office again and will gladly sit hours in a hospital to get my blood work done by a real professional.

Kathy greeted me with a positive attitude and bubbly personality that totally wiped the previous feeling of inconvenience. We chatted about my first pregnancy and her experience with her children. She took my advice when I suggested the exact spot to draw blood without second guessing me at all and that made me feel very at ease. She informed me that her company made it so appointments can be made every ten minutes which means the company believes staff can see 2 patients in 10 minutes, which causes patients to be pushed back and not get in on time. Kathy, thank you for being so kind and efficient. You do great work! I definitely recommend this location, just be sure to give yourself enough time to be seen and take it easy on the staff. I can attest that they are truly doing the best the have to work with.

Upon entering the lobby we started using the self check-in, Teresa Fisher yelled at my pregnant wife, "What are you doing?" rather than calmly stating that the office had closed 5 or 10 minutes earlier. The door was unlocked, and there was no signage indicating the location was closed. The apparent process is self check-in, which is exactly what we were doing. We immediately exited the lobby once informed. As we left, the representative slammed the door behind us. When I requested a business card to report the incident, she questioned why I wanted it and then provided the name Teresa Fisher before walking away. We ultimately went to another location where my wife received the medical services her doctor had ordered. I strongly recommend that management ensure doors are locked or clearly marked when closed to avoid confusion. Additionally, staff training in basic customer service and professionalism is needed. No customer especially a pregnant patient should be spoken to in this manner.
