Conscientious tech. Most necessary info is described beforehand. It was very uncomfortable to sleep, if that, with a multiplicity of wires attached to your head, even though they make it look like a bedroom. You need their assistance to unhook them if you have a bathroom need. Suggestion (unless you choose to have a lot of hair on your head): Buzz it down beforehand, because the glue they use to attach the wires is extremely difficult to get out in the shower! You may lose hair trying to pull the glue off. read more

After arriving at 10:00 am to a waiting room with only 1 other person in it we were told the wait would be about 10 minutes or so. 1 hour later at 11:00, they haven't called anybody back, not a single person for an entire hour, and now the waiting room is packed. I understand that people are busy, but after being told the wait would be 10 minutes and then having to wait over an hour with no explanation and nobody at all being called back is simply unacceptable.

Kathy greeted me with a positive attitude and bubbly personality that totally wiped the previous feeling of inconvenience. We chatted about my first pregnancy and her experience with her children. She took my advice when I suggested the exact spot to draw blood without second guessing me at all and that made me feel very at ease. She informed me that her company made it so appointments can be made every ten minutes which means the company believes staff can see 2 patients in 10 minutes, which causes patients to be pushed back and not get in on time. Kathy, thank you for being so kind and efficient. You do great work! I definitely recommend this location, just be sure to give yourself enough time to be seen and take it easy on the staff. I can attest that they are truly doing the best the have to work with.
