My mother had a terrible experience with a tooth extraction. The dentist seemed inexperienced and…read moreshe didn't feel confident he drilled her tooth out completely. Then when she asked for a prescription she was told that it was available immediately at the pharmacy and refused to give her a prescription number. When she arrived at the pharmacy, she was told that the dentist hadn't sent it yet. I had to personally call twice for answers and was told two different things. First, the prescription was in the process of being sent. The second time I called I was told it would take more than an hour for it to be sent to the pharmacist. So then my 65-year-old mother had to drive back to the dentist and personally demand answers. The stress from the situation made the tooth bleed even worse. Btw, the extraction cost $500 which is an exorbitant amount considering everything that happened. Just bad communication and service from this place.
