Then I was assisted by the clinical team of Ariana and Leticia. These ladies were so understanding and considerate in assisting me. Ariana was so calm when she greeted other patients who were ahead of me so I felt like I was in good hands there. Leticia was considerate and very detailed in the questions she asked to get information for the NP to treat my arm. The Provider, NP was Maegan. As a patient, I really appreciated how professional, considerate and kind she was and the questions she asked to determine a treatment plan for me. I was able to get in and be taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner. My presciption was ready by the time I got to the CVS on Macon to pick it up. My first time at this urgent care, I would recommend Piedmont Urgent Care on 13th Street and would visit them again if I had a need for care. Great staff and good patient care.

I was told the place would be open until 8 pm My husband and I arrived there approximately 7;20 pm to check him in to be seen by the doctor or PA. We were told by the receptionist they already had their last appointment, and we would have to come back the next day to be seen. According to Piedmont Urgent Care information Walk-Ins are accepted as well as appointments. So why were we turned away if we were walk-ins? The receptionist said she had taken her last appointment. She didn't say she had taken her last Walk-In. Besides, keep in mind, the place was to remain open until 8pm. We were there approximately 40 minutes before closing. All my husband wanted was to be tested to see if he still had the flu or some other ailment. (Twelve days prior he was told by this clinic he had the flu). If the clinic will stop seeing patients, by a certain time before 8 pm, that information should be known to the public. or it should not be stated the clinic will be open until 8 pm. We are not from San Francisco. We are from Columbus, Ga.

I didn't have to change on a gown this "Doctor" didn't do a breast exam, pap-smear, no check for my reflex on the knees, or listen to my belly movements. They told me I will get a call for my mammogram (no call at all) after my frustration of waiting 2 weeks for a phone call or response (try them 3 times on the phone) from anyone; I drove to the clinic just to find out that I have to wait till Dec 30/19 for my Mammogram. I have not gotten any results (no call at all) after a month for lab test. How can a Clinic get your money like that, with such a horrible service?
