I wasn't acknowledged at all the whole time I was there. The desk window has a note stating for patients to not tap on the window. Instead of people doing their jobs, I had to listen about the staffs personal life and weekend plans. Don't waste your time!

After my persistence n showing the proof from website, she checked n confirmed she could do the test for us. Received the report in 2 days when it said 1-2 days! Turned out it was not compatible to the Japanese requirement. Tried to ask them to help but declined. We ended up paying for another PCR test to enter Japan. Please don't waste your time and money with them.
