We purchased a COVID PCR test for travel thru Labcorp on demand for our entry to Japan. Went to the lab n the rep said they did not conduct the above test. After my persistence n showing the proof from website, she checked n confirmed she could do the test for us. Received the report in 2 days when it said 1-2 days! Turned out it was not compatible to the Japanese requirement. Tried to ask them to help but declined. We ended up paying for another PCR test to enter Japan. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Horrible, horrible service. I cannot speak for the lab itself, since I never got that far. I signed in and waited 25 minutes before my name was called. They took my paperwork and sent me back to my seat. Employees seem far more interested in standing around talking on their call phones and tracking how much cash they've collected today (they actually track this for everyone to see on a whiteboard in the reception area). 15 minutes later, after they had taken two people who arrived after me, I left without my tests. Unfortunately, zero stars was not an option or that's what I would have given them. The most incredibly, blatantly rude personnel I have ever encountered in a medical facility, and they are in blatant violation of HIPPA regulations. After waiting for a while for a scheduled lab draw for my 1 year old at the 13th street location, they tell me they don't have the right needles and the phlebotomist doesn't act any kind of confident in sticking my child. They pretend that they can't read the orders I brought with me and tell me that they are closing in an hour so I'm pretty much out of luck because they can't get in touch with the doctor. Even after I read the clear orders to the receptionist she still refuses to see it. I went elsewhere to have my child's labs drawn. This location was very unhelpful. Nobody else was there, it seemed like they just wanted to close an hour early so they could leave. Extremely inconvenient for my child and me! I doubt they didn't have the correct needles there, and if they were truly out of stock, they should have called me before I came in to reschedule or for me to go to a different location read more

This place is racist and the people who work at the front desk are a joke . They aren't there to take care of people unless they are the same nationality as them. I came in with paperwork from my doctor to get a packet so I could send in a sample to be tested. The person at the desk took the paperwork and gave me the packet. How on the tv. advisement and in the packet is States you can mail your sample into the lab. When I called to check on this the people at the front desk told me no you can't mail it in. So I made a special trip to the other side of town to turn in my sample. When I got there the girls behind the desk weren't doing any work just sitting and talking. They told me they couldn't take the sample without my paperwork. When I told them that my paperwork was kept the day I got the packet they just stared at me like I didn't know what i was talking about. Someone didn't do their job right. When I got the packet i didn't know if they were suppose to keep my paperwork or not. They are suppose to know what they're doing at their job. They probably could have pulled my information up on the computer but they didn't care. Guess you have to be the right nationality to be important enough to be taken care of. All lives don't matter at this location! read more
