Had 2 appointments to have blood taken at Quest on Fillmore in Colorado Springs. Tashia helped me both times and she was wonderful! Very professional and personable. Didn't feel a thing! Thank you Tashia read more

It took me an hour and a half to make an appointment with them. First you try the phone and while every once in a while you somehow managed to get a human being there is no consistent way to do so and no way to ask any questions or get any help with their broken website. Badly broken website. They demand that you identify yourself with your drivers license and then they take a picture of you that took almost an hour and a half because I don't look a lot like my drivers license and it couldn't match me. I cannot imagine a more ridiculous blockage to put up when you could be doing this at the facility like every other doctor and lab in the entire world does. This is the worst company in the world it is impossible to get Customer Service from anybody. Even driving up to the place they won't talk to you they won't deal with you they've got too many people in line to answer any questions they are absolutely the worst lab in the world. Do not use them under any circumstances. I have no choice because they're the only lab in town that does the special genetic testing I need but I will certainly never go there again and I am going to make sure all of my friends and relatives know never ever ever go to quest diagnostics for any reason. read more

Poor Time management. I set an appointment. My appointment time has long passed. My employer is not happy. I am not happy. Several people are very dissatisfied. Some were saying they will never be back. So far one person left. She said she was going to get an appointment with another company. Quest has got to get a handle on this! I am sure my employer is going to look elsewhere. read more

People worry about COVID. No reason to worry in this facility. The truly wonderful phlebotomist, Emily, greeted me punctually, checked the order, and drew the blood with care, and clearly with experience. "Your veins are tiny. I'll use a tinier needle." (In fact, when I pulled off the gauze later, there was only a speck of blood from the puncture.) The appointment would have been over in five minutes, except that Emily is an intelligent, warm-hearted woman, and I wanted to get to know her a little better. read more

Horrible experience! Staff were rude and not willing to help even with employer insurance and bloodwork orders. I had to go to another Quest location which took me right away. read more

The brunette woman with glasses that works here gave me an attitude the moment I walked in while I was trying to explain what I was there for and acted like I didn't understand what she was saying. Woman needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson on how to deal with customers. If you hate your life that much, you're in the wrong line of work, lady! read more

This review is for the Fillmore location. We arrived early today (Saturday) and were told that this location no longer takes walk-ins. This came as a surprise to us since there is no indication on their web site or otherwise. Time and money of ours was wasted! Please note this on your web site to avoid other disappointments. In all fairness, our last x2 visits for my wife and I went perfectly (as walk-ins), with very professional service. read more

They say they take walk in's. Not so. There was just two people in the waiting room but they wanted to make me an appointment for 5 hours later. The woman who came to the desk was rude. I will never go to this facility ever again. read more

I had my blood work done this am. I am not comfortable at all with getting this done. Adrian was so good at her job I barely noticed the needle sticking in my vein. Whoever this Adrian is at quest diagnostics she is the best I have ever seen. I am not exactly easy to deal with. Ask for her if you go.... read more

Service and test was fine but when it comes to billing there is alot to be desired. Quest billed me for a test that was covered under my insurance at 100% but refused to admit the mistake. After spending countless times on hold to talk to someone and reexplain the issue I never got a resolution, or even an answer. They passed my bill off to a collection agency. Will never go back to them. read more

They are always so fast, efficient, and friendly!! Never had a bad experience - they get me in and out in minutes...makes getting monthly blood draws a piece of cake - thanks guys! read more

Today I went to the Fillmore quest in Colorado Springs for a blood test. I read online before coming in. I saw that it said schedule an appointment or walk ins. Scheduling appointments wasn't available online and I wanted a diabetes test and it asked me for payment roughly $110 online, before paying this amount I wanted someone to answer my questions about it. I have an intellectual disability and the website wasn't clear that you had to pay for this test prior before coming in, I thought I could pay for it when I came in with a front desk person. Since I had questions about it like if they would bill my insurance first or just charge me the $110 upfront for the diabetes risk test. I came in really wanting someone to answer my questions instead I sat there for an hour to be exact it. I also fasted for this 11 hours prior because that's what the test said online. Which I felt sick for because I could feel my blood sugar getting really low. As three of my family members seriously have diabetes. I wish I would have known their system was down that day as well. She didn't tell us until about 40 min after being there. I felt bad for the poor employee working she stayed almost an hour and a half to try help us because we (3) all had been waiting so long. I spoke with her manager Lori on the phone (who I would like to complain about) she was very disrespectful over the phone, I could hear her talking to the employee because of loud she was being on the phone. She was demanding I need a physicians note and I told Lori "no your website said I could order a test myself." Then she raised her voice at me saying I needed to do so a decent amount of time before coming in- I explained they should specify that better for patients online. She then told me to come back on Monday and to pay for the test before coming in- I get that, but if they had someone at the front desk or even a number (customer service) to give me to ask someone that question I would have done so instead of waiting an hour to be seen.... Lori was extremely rude!!! The lady helping me was kind, and helped explain to me the process since the website didn't specify at all. She also explained to me that the website when it says walk ins it's referring to already having a script in hand- which the website doesn't specify. They should have resources or explain things better online - and have people readily available for questions- especially for people like me with disabilities. If you want to order a test yourself you better have it done prior or you'll be in the situation I was in. Lori said I couldn't even order on my phone while I was there over an hour that I would need to put the order in and come back another day. I wasted my time and day needing a simple question answered. I don't understand why quest doesn't offer their customers an easy way to ask questions weather it be a front desk person or even give me a customer service number which neither were done I had to wait an hour to have a question answered by their disrespectful boss and then be told to pay and come back. Also one woman in the waiting room said she came the day before and waited 45 min to be seen!! This is ridiculous it's unfair to the patients and the employees. No one should stay that late at their job, no one should be waiting more than 30 min, and no employee should be handling this all on their own. I really think someone should talk with Lori about how she speaks to patients because she doesn't seem fit to be a manager when she doesn't talk to people politely. She was as not helpful whatsoever!! I would like to clarify the employee helped me the best she could but the manager was out of line by the way she spoke to me. Also I tried to send a complaint to corporate and couldn't because of the high amount of demands they received online, the email wouldn't go through it said error. Which is a huge red flag, I would like to speak to someone from their main company line about this. Quest needs to do better at helping their patients. read more
