They weren't honoring appts at all and were so backed up and it seems it's like that each time I have been-probably because it's next to the hospital and there are several Dr's offices around. This location is smaller but the staff are terrific and they do honor appts. Had me in and out-even with non-appt people there within 5 min. The only thing I don't care for is they take a credit card if you have private insurance before running it through your insurance. I understand that people don't pay their bills but I don't like having my credit card information on file, but other than that, a good experience.

The only thing I have to say is that for both of these times i think they used an 18 guage needle (very big needle). I'm truly only writing this in hopes that someone can get them butterfly needles for future blood draws. I'm not sure if they have them and I truly don't mind needles but man, an 18 both times was brutal?!?!??

This isn't the first terrible experience here either. They told a previous employer I had previous drug screening for that I refused to test and left on my own when they couldn't get me in either. NO CARE FOR PEOPLES TIME AT ALL! Nicole specifically is an awful worker!!!

When you arrive 10 minutes early for an appointment and there are multiple people attempting to check in but don't know how, it's incredibly frustrating! Now we are late and have to wait? Are you serious? For those of us who used the online system and have an appointment, forget about that. Haha that's funny. Check in was easier with the code, but you wait like everyone else. We had a 10 am appointment. 10:30 and we're still waiting. What was the point of making an appointment you ask? Good question. When we did get called to the front desk, we were told they called us at 10am. Ah NO you did not! We were in line to check in and there was no one at the front desk when we arrived! I hate when people When a gentleman asked the person behind the desk for help, he was told to check in. I think it's inconsiderate for some of the elderly who clearly struggled. They could be just a bit more helpful when there are five people in line to check in and they're just sitting there. Clearly customer service is not a priority for a service we have no choice in. While writing this, one of the people who asked for help and was redirected back to the computer to check in walked out. There is a sign on the door to the office that states "Please do not enter unless escorted by authorized personnel". Then the direct you to "the second door on the left." Don't go in until they call you and it's convenient for them not to escort you.
