I was really hoping this office would be a good fit, however it was not. Very bad communication…read moreand flat out ignoring my specific request. I made an initial appointment for a consultation, I have a para defect from 1998 that I have avoided surgery for and being new to COS I simply wanted an overall evaluation and professional opinion on the status of my pars and very specific metric in my way ahead. I asked for 1) the current status of my pars, 2) what exercises I needed to avoid to prevent more slippage 3) Ortho referrals due to my stage 3 pars needing surgery eventually. After my initial appointment I left with very little of what I asked for. May take away which I already knew, my spine conditions is bad, really and an it is unreal I am not in more pain and am so fit and capable with the status of it. Plus I had a 4 week treatment plan forced on me without ever Agreeing to it or even being told why I should consider it. Being that I have little to NO SYMPTOMS/PAIN. I chalk this up to poor communication and being rushed out due to Dr Conrad having another appointment right behind me. Next day: I had my xray updated to see how much my slip had progressed. I called the office to schedule a consult. I specifically asked for a 30-60 minute consult with NO TREATMENT. And to discuss specific recommendations on how best to prevent further slippage. Again my request were not heard. They scheduled me for a 15 minute treatment appointment. Beyond frustrated at how poorly this office listened to me. I feel Dr Conrad And their scheduling staff was not listening to me for exactly what I wanted/was looking for as well as for scheduling as I requested. I have not been to many medical offices where you say I need 1,2,3 and exactly 1,2,3 was not provided. Not only that but they added services you did not request or agree to. If you are unique and not looking for the normal ABC standard chiropractic care, I would look elsewhere ware. iMO my issues here were the MD was caught off guard with my request and when he realized he was as late to his next patient he abruptly stopped my appointment/consultation and rushed me out without providing the details I had asked for; vice letting his next appointment know he was running behind. Of note. My appointment was sked for 1pm and he did not come get me in the waiting room until 1:15. However was quick to rush me out for his next apt.
