Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

You'd be better off dying a slow, painful death than dealing with her incompetence for 90 plus minutes. It's a miracle she can even make it to work. HIPAA violations galore, didn't clean/sanitize between patients, and completely computer illiterate. She had to call IT for help twice while I was in the room. She had them on her personal cell phone on speaker, and the guy on the other end wanted to make sure she wasn't with a patient. She lied to him and told him she wasn't, when I was right there in the room. Epic issues, printer issues, scanner issues, etc. but really it boils down to operator issues. I saw 7 other patients' medical info because she kept leaving her Epic up while she left the room and had patient info scattered all over. Leah was rummaging through the cabinets in the room looking for the thermometer and other equipment. She reminded me of a toddler trying to play doctor. She also needs a lesson on hand hygiene. Not once did she sanitize. Yuck! She also left the exam room door open for the first 30 minutes. Another patient actually came in. I've already contacted the Joint Commission about this. The certificate in the exam room shows their accreditation is expired. Someone needs to do a for cause FPPE on her because I don't think she should be working clinically.

My wife's doctor said she needed to get some X-Rays related to her injury after a recent fall…read more Within the Henry Ford Hospital System, this is the closest location. We arrived just after 7pm and went through lobby check in where they checked our temperatures and cleared us to proceed to the Radiology. That is where we had to answer questions and present her insurance cards. She called to verify that Radiology was still open and was told yes, until 8pm. Then we were directed where to go and wait to be called in. As with previous visits here to other departments, everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcomed. It was very quiet throughout the facilities, maybe because it was after 7pm and not too many people came in for any treatments. Even though it was not busy, we still waited over 35 minutes before my wife was rolled into the X-Ray room and had her X-Ray taken. We found out that there was a miscommunication problem and our check in hadn't been relayed to the X-Ray tech who was getting ready to close. But she was able to set up the equipment and take care of the tests we needed. Then, since my wife was a good girl, we went for ice cream.
