Every single time I use Quest in Clarkston, MI, the billing is incorrectly submitted, and I have to spend literally hours speaking with Quest Billing and my insurance company. It is absolutely unacceptable for Quest to make errors, and the patient pays the price, in all ways. I've spent literally hours trying to correct THEIR errors. I will never return. Making an appt was easy, checking in was easy, we got in 5 min early than our appt time, and the lab tech, Jessica, was fabulous. My 12yr son was pretty nervous about his first blood draw but she made it so much easier for him. For being something that no one likes to do, they made it about as pleasant as possible. read more

This is the single most aggravating and non-user friendly automated phone system I have ever encountered. It shows zero respect for the client's time, taking several minutes to get to the point, leaving the client with no options but to listen to several minutes of extraneous information before even beginning to try to schedule an appointment. Then several more minutes are required to specify a desired time, only to get again and again, that time is no longer available, even after being prompted that is an available time. The experience is so irritating and time-consuming, I will go to a competitive service rather than dealing with Quest Diagnostics again. read more

I had an important test to get done here. I provided documentation and my doctors fax number. I told them it was an urgent test. My doctors just informed me a week later that he has not received anything. SO STUPID. I will never be coming here for a lab again. Shouldn't have to call multiple times over something so simple. read more

Almost impossible to believe this place can stay in business. No patients there, but the wastebaskets are overflowing onto the floor, the bathroom sink is broken so you can't wash your hands, they had no idea what to do when they couldn't find my doctor's address and seemed amazed when I got it on my iPhone. They didn't understand the doctor's order, which *I* understood just fine, and passed it around in bewilderment until another staffer came in and explained it. I was given no information on how to get a sterile catch nor enough wipes to comply with the directions pasted on the mirror. When done, there was nowhere to wash my hands. I looked into a couple of rooms on my way down the hall, and they were as messy as the bathroom and hallway. Disgusting. read more

I love this lab. There is never a wait if you make an appointment. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Its easy and convenient. I also love that I can get my lab results sent to me and to my doctor. read more
