I had to have blood drawn after fasting and that is on my list of least favorite things to do…read more I'm not familiar with the area and when I pulled in there was no indication about what the building is. There is an allergy Dr on one side and fertility clinic on the other that makes it a bit confusing. I walked into the lobby and saw that there are a couple of businesses in the back listed on the letter board, Quest was one of them. I walked in to the tiny lobby and checked myself in. Since I had made an appointment online this just required me to scan my appointment barcode and ID. I didn't mind not having to talk to a person. The lady that came and got me and took my blood was an absolute doll. She was one of the nicest humans, we talked about kids and grandkids and before I knew it she had collected all of my blood. I am deathly afraid of needles and this was honestly the easiest blood draw I've ever been through. It does say that they take walk ins, however, someone tried when I was there and she told him she was booked and unable to accommodate a walk in, so it's best to make an appointment.

I was APPALLED with how inappropriate she was acting and then throwing derogatory language around...I didn't even end up getting my labs drawn, she told me she wasn't sure what one of the orders was and that she was not going to draw any of my labs drawn!

Must have been in and out of there in five minutes! I really hate blood tests and can't believe I'm giving 5 stars for it, but the experience couldn't have been better - for blood work!

My OB has sent me here a couple of times to have blood drawn/tested. Staff is very courteous and the phlebotomists did a practically pain free blood draw. Really nothing pleasant about getting blood taken, but if you have to, this isn't a bad place to do it!

When the guy left the man at the desk rolled his eyes and said "oh my god". He was escalating the issues. Another woman came in and she didn't speak english and he was very short tempered and rude to her first. He then told her he doesn't have time to deal with her and told me to proceed back. I saw a door with a keypad so naturally I assumed it was locked. I asked is this the correct door, he snapped back and said "well there's not another door here right?". I already hate getting my blood drawn and his horrible attitude made it worse.
