I have veins that have had difficulties, and she gets in painlessly each time. The morning front desk staff is amazing - they often have my info pulled up before I walk in the door and are always kind. I've overheard them deal with some wild questions and they are always patient. Rebecca Leach and his assistant Kassandra are phenomenal and are always helpful. I even switched my entire family here.

Minus one star for the front desk staff, as they are never super friendly or helpful. This lab is run very well by the lady here (sorry I forget her name). She does a great job, even with my difficult to find veins, and is very pleasant and helpful. The lab is on a walk in basis during business hours. As this is a newer building it is very bright, clean and modern. Very nice waiting room.

When the guy left the man at the desk rolled his eyes and said "oh my god". He was escalating the issues. Another woman came in and she didn't speak english and he was very short tempered and rude to her first. He then told her he doesn't have time to deal with her and told me to proceed back. I saw a door with a keypad so naturally I assumed it was locked. I asked is this the correct door, he snapped back and said "well there's not another door here right?". I already hate getting my blood drawn and his horrible attitude made it worse.

I took three bids and went from there. Two things stood out: 1) While AHR's bid was in line with the industry standard, when I mentioned that I was receiving other bids, Chris made a point to tell me that they would match the best offer. None of the other companies made that offer. Sure enough, they price matched with no questions asked. 2) The other offers I received asked for payment by cash or check. Each other bid would accept credit card, but would add a 3% convenience fee for doing so. That seemed kind of tacky considering how much money a mitigation system cost. AHR charges no fee for credit card payments. Beyond that, the appointment for estimate and installation were right on time and the two different company reps were really friendly but professional. The work was excellently done. Highly recommend!

After being talked at about a process I have never before experienced I declined to be monitored while urinating. Once it was made clear this invalidates my entire test and marks it as a positive; I agreed to monitored.
