Checking in was very easy, and there were very nice, helpful employees. The place was clean and spotless. My appt was at 10:20. I had blood and urine labs done, and was out by 10:27. The tech, Shedella (a guess at the spelling) was excellent. Because of being a hard stick, most techs elsewhere always have to try both arms, tap and flick veins, and other places down my arms. Shedella got it first try. She was friendly and sweet, as were other employees. A few people needed help with the kiosk, and ladies came from the back to walk them through it. Natassija was incredible! She was able to quickly and gently get a blood draw from my autistic, non-verbal 13-year-old son -- something that's usually very stressful and difficult for him. She was calm, patient, and professional from start to finish. I'm so grateful for her skill and compassion. Highly recommend this Quest location for anyone with special-needs children. read more

This is one of the nastiest, rundown Quest Diagnostic centers I've ever gone to. The chairs are so filthy, with body fluids dried on the seats until I preferred waiting in my car to keep from transferring any of that onto myself. The ladies bathroom is awful. Around the base of the toilet is all cracked and just nasty looking. No seat covers, the soap dispenser was broken. This place hasn't been clean and definitely hasn't been sanitized for years. Went for blood work today and Was very disappointed. The business itself was dirty, and all the equipment was old and peeling paint. The people that I dealt with were rude, and I could not understand the girl that took my blood . She spoke very low and mumbled. Then I was asked for my credit card so they could secure $150 on my debit or credit card to use just in case I owed any money. I normally do my blood work at my doctors but he is between phlebotomist right now, so I had to go here. I have never had to pay for my blood work ever. I really don't understand why they hold my money when I'm not gonna bail anyway. Hopefully I never have to go back there. read more

Walked in at 11:30 and tv has list of patients waiting with initials and wait time. Mine said 30 minutes and now over an hour and 15 minutes later and timer still says 8 minutes.......don't go here without an appointment. read more

Went in to drop off labs some of which were frozen for 78 yo mother. Lady in the front was beyond RUDE. Rolls her eyes and tells me to sign in. I told her I had the lab, i just wanted to drop it off. "We're not a drop off!! SIGN IN!!" I told her no, I would drop it at the dr.'s office. This is not the first time this same person was rude and unprofessional. I suggest if she does not like her job, that maybe she should pursue another career. People should not be treated this way. I can only imagine how she treats the elderly. read more

Do not waste your time or money on Quest. I went to get lab work done a couple of weeks ago and they charged me $1400. I was self pay, no insurance claim. I though the price was extremely high, but I had a serious medical condition and had no choice but to pay what they were asking. Also, I had never had blood work done before, anywhere, so I had no idea what this should cost; still, it seemed very high. When I went back to meet with my Dr. to get the results, he asked where I had the blood work done. I told him and also how much it cost. HE WAS SHOCKED! "WHAT", he asked, "for the labs I sent you to get?" I told him yes, and that I would have got back to his office sooner if I didn't have to save up to have the test done. He informed me that I could have had the testing done at his office and the entire test would have only cost me $300. He then said if insurance had paid for it, it probably wouldn't have cost more than $250. If you're cash/self pay, DO NOT GO TO QUEST! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU, A LOT! NO JOKE! read more
