I came in for a drug test after being referred from another LabCorp location on Market Street to…read morethe Ferry Street office, and my experience was extremely frustrating. First, I tried calling ahead around 1:30 PM since their posted closing time is 2:30 PM. I wanted to confirm whether they accepted pre-op appointments, but no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. When I arrived in person, I saw several staff members--including what appeared to be a doctor--just sitting and talking, which made it even more disappointing that no one could pick up a simple call. In terms of care and professionalism, it felt very dismissive. There was no sense of urgency or consideration for patients trying to get time-sensitive testing done. The quality of service was poor due to lack of communication, and the overall office experience felt unorganized and unwelcoming. If you're going to close early or stop taking patients before your posted hours, that should be clearly communicated. I would not recommend this location to anyone needing a drug test or any time-sensitive service.
