I've had to reschedule and schedule sometimes because I forgot or my schedule and still had an easy time to schedule. Parking is super easy - as it is in a strip mall Ive made early appointments and walked in with maybe one other person there... there is a computerized sign in. Denise is friendly, polite and most importantly has a hustle. She wasn't slow or sloppy or unprofessional. It was because of her outstanding care and manner than made me want to post this review. I mean Yelp is usually for food, drink etc but I wanted to recognized her hard work and effort by Yelping . For a Yelper - that is a high standard, right? :)
