The Yumington was a sweet breakfast treat that filled the brunch craving. Coffee was excellent and worked well with brunch. Not too bitter - a Goldilocks blend, just right. I have a love hate relationship with coffee, I need the hit but don't like the taste very much so end up sweetening it a fair bit. I tested this one by asking for only one stevia and it was fantastic, not bitter at all, and the hit was incredible, I felt great all day. Whenever I'm in the Gold Coast, I always recommend Paddock it's my go-to spot for fresh, delicious baked treats. Everything is made fresh, the meals are fantastic, and the coffee is top-tier. I'm no longer on the Gold Coast but I do still miss it this place is superior.
