Sometimes I find in this industry they make you feel like you're wasting their time with small scale jobs such as a couple shirts/sweaters but that is not the case here. The first time I went to Carlos Graphics I had a hard time explaining what I was looking for. Even though he seemed busy (I think it was the owner) he took the time looking up text/pictures on line with me to make sure he got it right! They completely screwed up a printing job for me. When I took it back, they said they'd reprint…read morethe shirts. The reprints were almost as bad, riddled with errors. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I'll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere next time.
