For the Sopapilla, again they should be warm and rather than drizzle, provide the caramel or chocolate so a person can dunk the pastries. For the Churros, they were over fried, very oily. So less time in the fryer, more light and fluffy. And again, no drizzle, with Churros you want to dunk into the caramel or chocolate, a lot!!! Ok that's it for the improvements. The rest of the experience was excellent. Starting with the drinks... great stuff! Great flavor, great presentation and they pack a punch. For the entrees, we had combo dishes that included enchiladas, burritos and chimichangas... mostly with beef and chicken, along with various hot sauces. They were excellent and good size portions.
