The report they provided was excellent detailing critical issues and those that were notable but not urgent. The report was 75 pages with photos identifying the issues. It was a very rainy day so they couldn't get on the roof to inspect but were able to climb up and take photos from many angles. The checked many things in the house, outside and underneath the home.
