stayed in building 5 unit i earlier this month (jan 8-13) with 4 other adults- 3 bedroom 2.5 baths…read moreand more than enough room for us to splay out. happy with the stay as it was very comfortable for my whole family- this was all of our first times visiting kauai, i have no regrets. this is a prime spot this time of year and absolutely walkable to a popular plaza and beach (poipu), it is not a very well lit neighborhood! parking situation is strange for some villas. luckily we were able to park in front of our garage but our neighbor perpendicular to us werent supposed to park in front of theirs which in turn made it awkward and difficult for us to park. the view we get around the townhouse is not your average island view. you get pretty much what you would see in the california suburbs (not to mention more construction for more vacation rentals). i plan to visit kauai mid year without my non adventurous family and will stay in the north side of the island this time!
