He provided the written report and photos and short videos in a couple of days. The report they provided was excellent detailing critical issues and those that were notable but not urgent. The report was 75 pages with photos identifying the issues. It was a very rainy day so they couldn't get on the roof to inspect but were able to climb up and take photos from many angles. The checked many things in the house, outside and underneath the home. The men showed up on time and were very courteous. I highly recommend them.

Prior to the inspection I told him that our little boy has asthma and we are really concerned about mold. He went above and beyond on the inspection report. He also met with us in the house after spending 3.5 hours doing the inspection and walked us through everything he found for another 2 hours. After that he emailed us two separate reports-- one 105 pages of super detailed report and separate one with the items that need immediate attention. He also took the time to recommend separate mold inspector for the issues he found. I wouldn't go with any other inspector in Kauai! If you want to know about the condition of the home you are buying you can trust him to do the best job possible.
