Prior to the inspection I told him that our little boy has asthma and we are really concerned about mold. He went above and beyond on the inspection report. He also met with us in the house after spending 3.5 hours doing the inspection and walked us through everything he found for another 2 hours. After that he emailed us two separate reports-- one 105 pages of super detailed report and separate one with the items that need immediate attention. He also took the time to recommend separate mold inspector for the issues he found. I wouldn't go with any other inspector in Kauai! If you want to know about the condition of the home you are buying you can trust him to do the best job possible.

They found huge mistakes from the previous crew and worked hard to correct them. They stand by their "done right" motto. Our remodel wasn't an easy job - we bought a hoarder home with numerous structural problems. Each time they uncovered a new one, they presented the problem and the best solution. We completely trusted their judgement, and the solved each problem perfectly. Not only are the Cluetts amazing at renovation, they are kind and generous. He knows his trade inside and out and has great suggestions from nearly two decades of experience. Fast forward a few days and they were done. Good is an understatement because the place came out looking amazing. I was honestly surprised with how good it looks and I'm very happy I trusted Daniel and his crew.
