Avoid it unless you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and harassed. My experience with this facility has been unacceptable and deeply frustrating. Despite canceling my membership within the designated grace period, I continued to receive charges. I visited the location several times to address the issue, yet the staff failed to take corrective action and allowed the unauthorized billing to continue. The situation escalated to the point where they threatened to refer my account to a collection agency for charges that should never have existed. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment to prevent similar issues. This place is a complete rip-off. I canceled my membership on time, but they kept billing me anyway. Took the general manger's card and called it, again no answer or voicemail. In the meantime, I have also sent an email to the One Loudoun location without reply.
