I had a large tree that needed sailing as well as two large trees that needed to be removed. Marlon gave a very fair price and came when scheduled. The crew worked non-stop, cutting down and removing the trees, grinding the stumps and doing a thorough clean up of debris. I have nothing but praise for a job very well done. I would not hesitate in referring them or using again.

I recently hired Allstate Tree & Shrub to do a two day project of pruning trees. We had never…read moreworked with them before. Tree pruning is shockingly expensive. Our project was a five figure project. Allstate provided a competitive bid and worked with us to ensure that we were happy. They worked for hours over two days on our property, brought a significant number of men to work and they worked very hard climbing and pruning trees that were over five-six stories high. They came with a wood chipper and carted away the wood without significant mess. One of the significant things I noticed is that they actually knew their trees and identified the trees by name in their proposal. They were so good that I got calls and emails from concerned individuals about men in the trees with chainsaws outside their windows. I accidentally can now check being able to tell someone "I sent that man with the chainsaw outside your window" off of my bucket list. They gave a date on which they could come and came on that day ready to work. People have complimented their work.

They were respectful of the property and took care not to damage anything, put everything back as it was found. Allstate went above and beyond and we are so happy with the completed work and our new sunny yard!

I hired Freeport trees to remove a large tree that was threatening my roof. They did a good job,…read moreclean up well but, two things: they left a large amount of shavings, too much that had to be hauled away by the new tree planter. And they left a large portion of the trunk in the ground that impeded the planting of new trees; they aren't evenly planted and it seems I will need to get the planter back and remove the obstruction and replant the new trees. I tried to contact Freeport but never got a call back. I'm disappointed, I'll have to pay to get this trunk completely removed. It's not my business and went into this blind, trusting Freeport to do a proper job. At this point its become clear that was my mistake. My advise is to be forewarned. Better, find another tree service. The new tree planter told me they completely remove the old trunks, had I known they also remove trees I'd have given it all to them.

When Carlo the owner came by to give us the estimate he pointed out a tree that had started rotting and suggested that was a tree that should be removed. When his men removed the tree they showed me the very large rotted area internally going up the trunk. Pedro his climber was so professional at his job and didn't hesitate to ask what we wanted cut and also made some very good suggestions. The entire crew worked in unison. Watching them work was a pleasure for my wife and I. What i truly appreciated was the fact that they all actually worked together. As I said Cutting the trees down and removing branches was very professional. The entire clean up left my property as if i just had a fall cleanup by my landscaper.
