Very friendly staff. Clothes are always done on time. They do a very good job on cleaning and pressing.

Ignore the old review on this place this place deserves way better reviews the ladies at the counter are always so nice to me and they always have my stuff done within two days I don't usually take very much but it's always done fast and I've never noticed any problems with the quality my suit is always cleaned like I need it to be I definitely recommend if you live in one of the nearby neighborhoods. We had used this cleaners for a long time but never again. The cleaning was ok, but when we picked it up the attendant was having an obscene phone call on speaker phone, which they never paused while we were there. It was like we were never there. They also didn't return the laundry bag we had brought our dry cleaning in. read more

DAMAGED & STAINED MY WEDDING DRESS. I would give this place 0 stars if possible and I am not a person who gives bad reviews. First of all we dropped my dress off mid-september to be washed and pressed after bridal portraits (my wedding is 10/16/22) and they told us it'd be ready by October 5th. Only them hemline was slightly dirty from bridal pictures, so we wanted it to be cleaned. We paid upfront and when we went to pick it up, they had only pressed it, not washed it. When we asked them to correct their mistake, they wanted to charge us AGAIN to press it. They then told us it would be ready on October 12th, so we went to pick it up yesterday and it was damaged in multiple areas and had stains all over it! The belt part was attached to the dress when we dropped it off and now it looks like they popped it off it's seams. On my train, there is a yellow stain that looks like they scratched at to try and get out, causing damage to the material. It was so bad that another cleaner had to send me proof that it was damaged before they would work on it last minute. It also looked like they had set boxes on top of it because there was black dusty dirty spots in the shape of squares, and in addition to that there were yellow/redish-orange stains all around the dress (like someone had been eating and got food on it). Like bright orange stains that are super noticeable. My dress is a white satin a-line with a train. This is the most unprofessional and honestly shocking experience I've ever had. I included pictures of the worst spots for everyone to see. I don't want someone to make the same mistake I did by going here. I will be pursuing a refund immediately. read more

Queen oaks cleaners was a good establishment before they were bought out. We took some shirts to be dry cleaned and they ruined them. When we went and talked to the new owner he basically told us we were lying. NEVER go here! read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff is friendly. However the pricing is ridiculous. I have gotten the same cloths cleaned for 1/2 of what they charged. Go to any other dry cleaner in the clear lake area for a cheaper price. Same quality of cleaning. read more

Be careful here! Have used this dry cleaners for several years and had a few minor issues that were always resolved however recently they shrunk 2 merino wool sweaters and offered no resolution. When I took the sweaters in, along with 13 other pieces of laundry, I asked the counter person if these would shrink, was assured no, they'd be dry cleaned in cold water, etc. When i picked them up and got home I noticed they'd been ruined, terribly shrunk. I immediately called and spoke to the same counter person - she went on to tell me they're recently ruined a similar sweater brought in by a different customer and she was concerned, after I left. OK.... why not call and tell me it wouldn't be a good idea for them to dry clean them or better yet....do nothing to them and tell me why when I returned? Instead they ruined two sweaters! I asked what they planned to do and was told she, counter person, would talk to Rose but that she didn't think they'd do anything about it. Obviously not only are they not trying to make it right, it's been nearly a month and not a word from them. Personally I don't feel it makes any difference that they've ruined my clothing AND lost a customer, they don't care. Just beware, find somewhere reputable that cares. read more

Would avoid at all cost. Several months back took in normal load of dry cleaning. Came to pick it up and items were missing. A fill in checkout lady offered no assistance and was so rude. You guys are the one who misplaced the clothes. No reason to act like I have no right to ask for a solution. Decided to come back when normal employee was there. Came back a few days later and she still wasn't there and fill in was. Asked for owners number and she said she didn't have it but had a number for a women who was supposedly the owners wife and worked at the Pasadena location. We called, she didn't speak English until we asked and said we couldn't have contact to the owner. Gave up and waited a few days, normal check out girl was back and we picked up our last item and never went back. What kind of business doesn't give access to the owner when there's such an issue? What if it had been a wedding dress or something? read more

This is the worst possible choice to trust your clothes too! Not only did they ruin a pair of slacks, but when I asked Maria what could be done I was told by Maria, "Nothing could be done". She wouldn't take them back to have them cleaned again. She wouldn't give me the name and phone number of how to reach the owner. She wouldn't write a note asking them to call me. When I asked to have her write a note asking the owner or manager to call me, Maria called me a "F... B..." and told me to get the "F" out of the store. Her adult daughter who was there joined in and verbally abused me. I did not use profanity or raise my voice, but I asked again for the contact information for the owner or manager and got clothes thrown in my face. I have never been treated this way and was amazed at the totally inappropriate and violent behavior by Maria and her daughter. The issue could have been easily resolved without anyone getting upset. The level of violence shown by Maria was threatening, aggressive, and out of control. I went in the next day to talk to someone else and was told there have been numerous complaints about Maria over the years. I am amazed she is still working there. I was given the name and phone number of the owner - Rosie and Carlos at the Strawberry Road store. I have called them numerous times over the last week, left messages, and never had any of my phone calls returned. I can only assume they don't care about Maria's crazy behavior, or the fact they ruin clothing. How is this place still in business?? There are two other dry cleaners nearby. There is no reason to use this place when friendly, supportive people operate the other two. Maria should be checked out for her over-the-top, crazy behavior. She is a real menace to customer safety. By the way, Maria is the older lady who works the 1-7 shift and every other Saturday. read more
