I gave a 3/5 Only because the experience felt rushed. I had to ask for multiple fixes on my nails. The nail tech told me what I was asking for would be $60 so i expected a quality job. She did make the changes quickly and politely. The staff was friendly. Unsanitary, They reuse file boards on each client. Overall probably would not return based on the rushed feel of the salon. My only complaint is that one time I told the lady that she doesn't have to do gel on my toes. and she didn't say anything but she did it anyway. I found the people to be friendly and Vu did a great job. Trish is also amazing. Vu and I chatted about jazz as he did a beautiful work on my natural nails. I came in for a fill, not certain if I could get a few more weeks out of my set, and Vu really tried to make it work, but they were too far gone. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and I would have to say this is the worst experience ever!!! I went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. My nails were done and polish within a half an hour!! Needless to say, they began to lift the next day! When getting a pedicure, the technician literally cut my foot with the drill and then attempted to just push my foot in the water to wash away the blood! I came in at 6:25 to get a fill in. They closed at 7:30. I came in and asked the lady in charge could they do my nails. She was VERY rude from the time I walked in. She looked at me, looked at the clock, then looked at me and begrudgingly said yes. The other lady who did my nails previously began working on my nails. No greeting or anything. I took the initiative to start the conversation and said "I think you did my nails last time I came." She then responded "Oh, I don't know." After that I was done. They weren't friendly, or welcoming AT ALL. I was trying to invest in the community by investing in this nail salon but I will NEVER come back. The manager is rude every time I go in there. I love getting my nails done here! Trish always does an amazing job! They are always kind and considerate of my time and needs. I have seen them deal with some extremely difficult people with kindness. Yes, some of the girls don't speak great English, but there's always someone who can interpret/answer my question/help out. Reasonable prices but only if the finished work is good! This place is hit or miss but you'd better not complain about the service because if you do, you are no longer welcome to return to the salon! I complained about a horrible fill in/repair service PRIOR to leaving. The owner fixed my nails but she rolled her eyes, pointed to her chair, and spoke aggressively and loudly (in her language, of course) the entire time I was sitting in her chair. Fast forward two weeks later, I returned to the salon again, when I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all (this was unusual for this salon). I sat there for a few minutes and then I walked out. I really hate that I do not feel comfortable utilizing this salon since it's so close to my home but I will not be ignored just because I complained about their subpar work. I do not recommend this nail salon unless you do not mind having sloppy nails as a finish product, AND if you do not mind sitting in a volatile environment after you complain about the sloppy nails you receive OR you just roll with the punches and shut your mouth about the sloppy nails otherwise, this may be the nail salon for you! read more

I had my acrylic nails remove and they did a terrible job. They had a person to serve me who was not qualified. I had to soak them for 45 minutes, then Julie the main tech came over and file them down a little then soak them again for 5-10 mins. This person who she assigned to me checked my nails and she decided to file them. This lady didn't speak English so the other techs had to answered questions for her when I would ask her a question. This lady who's name I never got because of communication problems decided to file my name using the electric file. Big mistake! she didn't know what she was doing. My nails were filed down to low and some of the Acrylic was left on my nails. The regular nail polish she put on didn't stay on my nails. That night I took it off. That's when I say the badly file nails. I was hurt to see how badly she has filed into the nail bed. I was wondering How long would it take to grow back my nails? I researched how to care for damaged nail bed. And immediately started some self-help for damaged nails. Used to be my go-to salon but I won't be back. After having me pick a color for my toes from the SNS swatches, they didn't have a dip to actually match the color I chose which my toes had already been painted at this point. So I chose a different color for my nails and they were going to change my toe paint. The paint for my toes was not a good quality glitter so they ended up using a different glitter- which does not match my nails- for my toes. I had explained when I first arrived that I am going on vacation and it's important for me that my nails match. So, this is my first time coming to this Salon.. my INITIAL nail tech couldn't do the French tip toenails that I wanted so another tech walking to the back sat down and started doing my acrylic application.. mind you she didn't wash her hands before whatever she was doing to even assist this nail tech which is not okay to do. Also I've always had my toenails sculpted, never had tips used on my toenails before. Lastly, the prices on their website don't match the price they made me pay. It says online an acrylic set under their pedicure section says it is $28 and for French it's an additional $5. I was charged $40. Two of my nails are crooked from the second nail tech just slapping the toenails on my toes and quickly running through the application process for the other nail tech to watch. Don't waste your hard earned money at this dump. Got a fill in yesterday, polish clumpy and nail separating from acrylic as soon as I got home. Looks like my fill-in is 3 weeks old already!! They pretend to not understand you and start talking that language that you can't understand. They don't wash their hands between clients, and they don't use clean tools from client to client.
