Melissa and Christina go above and beyond with the scheduling and make the process so easy. They have great communication and planning skills. Our driver, David, gave me a call to clear the confusion and even walked my uncle into the building to make sure he went to the correct office. We are so thankful for vantage they have made our life so much easier and we consider them extended family. Thank you!

Memorial ER called this taxi co to bring me home after my release early one morning this past week…read more Not feeling well, Mr. Driver and I discussed politics briefly and he asked my preference in getting to my home. Then he made a comment as he neared my address, and that was that his meter must not be working properly as my fare should be more like $15.00, rather than the $10.00 it ended up showing. He must think that I had naive or stupid written across my forehead, in order for him to make such an insulting comment for more money. First of all, if his meter was not working properly, that would be HIS problem, not mine and I don't care. But to attempt to extort extra money from someone just being released from the ER, is unconscionable. I seriously do not recommend this taxi service and will contact Memorial to ask they don't subject their patients to the unscrupulous tactics of this company.

Additionally, we were grateful for Raquel's guidance through our hospice experience, and the amount of organization and detail that Raquel attended to. The team went over and above in creating a wise, gentle, and loving experience during this emotional passage for which our family is deeply appreciative. I have recommended her and her team to several other families who continue to experience the same high quality care and competency.
