We use vantage 3x a week for my uncle's dialysis treatment. They also take my uncle to his out patient appointments that often require a lot of coordination. Melissa and Christina go above and beyond with the scheduling and make the process so easy. They have great communication and planning skills. We have had multiple drivers and they were all very compassionate. On our last trip, my uncle was a bit confused about the office location as he has a hard time remembering things lately. Our driver, David, gave me a call to clear the confusion and even walked my uncle into the building to make sure he went to the correct office. UPDATE: I received a call from Vantage Transportation saying they hopefully corrected the issue so this won't happen again. I truly appreciate that and cooler heads prevvailed on both ends of this phone call. Yes, I was a tad upset when the ride was late. What could improve? Listen to the person arranging the ride!!!! Don't follow gps because you will go to the wrong place!!! You were told that for a good reason!!! so, your driver got lost and calling vantage was no help whatsoever! Now my husband is very late for dialysis! His 1:00 pm pick up just now got here at 1:45 pm! I don't mess with my husband's medical care and no one else should either! If dispatch can't handle the job, they should quit!!! read more

Our mom has become wheelchair bound on the last few months. We have used Vantage 5 times in the last 2 months. Very timely and professional. All drivers have been prompt and cordial. Pricing is very good and no cost until after service is completed. Fantastic so far! read more

I've used Vantage Transports several times to get my mother who is in a wheelchair to her dr apts and was very pleased with the great office staff and friendly drivers. The drivers were on time and were actually waiting for my mom when she came out. They got her to her apts on time and home in a timely manner. This place is horrible! They got in an accident with me in the car where I almost flew through the window shield because the driver didn't secure my wheel chair down. they were never on time. They would not come on the right days, and then they told me they was removing my service because they would come one the wrong days and get mad because I wouldn't go with them. One of the drivers would make sexually comments to me. This company is a awful company I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

This company is awesome and extra ordinary. I think they have been in the business for over 16 years now. The drivers and staffs handles every situation on a professional level, but with a touch of genuine care and concern. I, for one, had a good experience with them; when my insurance would not cover a particular trip since it is not a medical trip in nature, as I wanted to visit a family member, so they took me to an out of town trip for free. I have been a regular patient for so many years, and I could tell that their business is not just about making money but also partnering with the community. Also, as per my conversation with the regular driver assigned to me; I have learned that they were screened by the company insurance even before they will be accepted for documentation and trainig. read more

My wife and I would like to say thank you very much to Vantage Transports. My wife was seriously ill a year ago and very much required visiting the specialist which was over 90 miles from our home. No company would transport us until her social worker informed us they had found a company that specializes in out of town trips. During the year long interaction with vantage we found them to be professional, on time and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate the changing times and dates of her appointments. Just over a year ago my mother lost her ability to drive to and from her medical appointments. Through her social worker she was advised of Vantage transport and as her health declined, there were many times when was not up to going to her appointments. Vantage is always willing to work around our situation and accommodate us. It was GOD sent to have a company willing to work with us during my mother's rehabilitation. I am so relief I found another reliable transport company for my dad. Vantage transport was a nightmare to deal with. Late drivers, liars & horrible phone customer service. One time I was fed up so I called & was transferred to a Supervisor/Manager. My dad's pick up time was 5:45am. She said she spoke to her driver & her driver had been sitting in our front yard waiting for my dad for 45 minutes, but my dad didn't come out so the driver had to leave around 6:45am. She said the driver tried calling me. I told her it was only 6:30am & my dad has been sitting by the front window waiting. She stupidly asked if maybe we had a front fence that was blocking my dad's view & my dad could have possibly missed seeing the driver. Seriously, it is a huge vehicle. No one would miss that and no, we DO NOT have a fence or gate in our front yard. And I was sitting by the window with my dad by this time. The driver NEVER even called to say he was late because I was listed as the contact person in case there were any issues. Instead of apologizing, she said that driver is one of her MOST trusted drivers & she doesn't know what to believe. I told her, her sh*tty lying a*s driver must have went to a different house because no one was there to pick up my dad. My dad knows his pick up routing damn well. Then there were issues with billing...oh, I don't even want to get to that. Just so glad it's over. read more
