He was so helpful and even told us to go home and do some searching if we'd like, but already done that , we just wanted the washer dryer set that he showed us and be done with it. We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

What a nightmare. Luckily I was able to stem the tide, turn off the cycle, and mopped up the floor with every item of cloth in my linen closet. His work is very thorough, and he stands behind his one-year warranty. Roughly six months ago, he fixed my (clothes) dryer when the the motor burned out. More recently, another issue (unrelated to the motor) required his attention, and - because he is firm about his warranty - he didn't charge me for the extra cost of ordering a part or the labour involved, even though this second issue with my aging dryer had nothing to do with the first problem. This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. I decided at those prices I would throw out the stove and I purchased a second hand Inglis for $300 which is working perfectly. I am sorry I wasted my time and money with JSK.

The service man arrived promptly at the time I was told he would arrive After checking everything, he was confident a good cleaning inside would solve the problem. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.

I looked at the sign placed on the sidewalk and it offers cooking classes. Cool! What drew me in was a pasta dryer. It was red and translucent. It looked cool. I walked in. There is a little ramp for those who may need a wheelchair to enter and exit the store. Perhaps I had luck on my side. I didn't have anyone asking whether I needed assistance. I like self-discovery when I have nothing in mind to shop for. A female staffer was assisting two other female customers. Judging from their conversation, they would be going at it for a while. One of them was awfully specific about the types of mini bowls that she had in mind. I was correct. They were still talking by the time I had completed by browsing excursion in this store. This store is more on the higher end of kitchen appliances and accessories. If you're looking for higher quality items, you want to shop here. I have a few examples. I found a stainless steel poacher for eggs. I frankly don't think that you need to get one for $15, but you can if you're dying to own one. I found a rather fancy-looking carbonation machine. It made my SodaStream machine that I love look like a toy. I love Le Creuset. It is truly an investment when you are buying pieces, so I don't own a lot of items. I normally hit an outlet or wait for a sale. This place had a silicone brush for basting turkeys or applying egg wash to your pastries before shoving them into the oven. It felt good in my hand until I saw that it was $25. Really? The cooking classes seem to happen at the back. There is a kitchen, but it had so many products around the cooking area that was obviously dormant. It was odd to me. You'd have to take all your products off before you have your cooking class. It seemed like a lot of work. Perhaps there's another kitchen area in the back that I wasn't aware of. Who knows? It was nice browsing around this store. I liked looking at the covered shopping carts. I grew up with a foldable metal one with two wheels. It was bigger that the ones offered here, but I like how your items are protected from the elements. The designed looked nice compared to my boxy ones that I've owned over the years when I didn't have a car and needed to walk to the supermarket down the street. She took time to show me a bunch of nice plants( resonable price) and very informative with plants care. All the plants were in either nursery pots or in pretty ceramic pots with different pricing. I could not stay longer because I had to be somewhere else, but I could spend hours chatting with her. Will definately go back. If you love indoor plants & gardening, check it out!
