When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I did some searching on my own on FB Marketplace and found several prospective companies that had good reviews. I reached out to three of them. Nemo's was the first to respond. I didn't hear back from the other companies for 3-4 hours. I decided to go with Nemo's because of how quickly they responded and their prices were reasonable. I worked with Mayra. She was amazing. I communicated with her by text msgs and she was very responsive. She kept me informed as to when her crew was coming to setup and when they were coming to pickup. I was able to place a deposit via Venmo. The entire process of booking the reservation was so simple! On the day of the party, the crew arrived early and it took them about an hour to set everything up. It was a cold/drizzly day and I was glad I rented the canopy. The canopy that I rented had three sides and it helped keep the guests dry and reduce the effects of wind chill. I'm also glad that I rented the heater. Highly recommend for a cool day. Everything worked out great with our party and it was nice to receive so many compliments from our guests about how nice the canopy and artificial turf was.
