We called the same day and Rachel was able to schedule us for the date and time we wanted! When we got to the shop, everyone including the tattoo artists greeted us and were extremely nice. The shop was super clean and well decorated, which we loved. Rachel helped us the whole time and she is such a gem (pun intended ). When I saw that she still had September availability in SF, I went for it, sent my deposit, and booked my appointment. When I arrived, Reina made me feel comfortable right away. I originally wanted combination brows, but because my brows are very sparse from years of overplucking, she was honest and recommended ombré brows instead. She explained that they would be a better fit for the fuller Korean style I wanted. After answering all my questions, we started with numbing, then she carefully mapped and sketched my brows. The shape looked great almost immediately, and she really understood what I was going for. The actual process was surprisingly comfortable and not painful at all. She has a very light hand, and I appreciated how patient she was when I wanted to make a small adjustment to one brow.
