I learned that there are 3 open studios throughout the year at this location. Each open studio showcases 300+ artists work. It's truly something remarkable! I really wish I had known about this sooner. We showed up on the last hour but we managed to find our way to Roman Guillen's artist section (fine art street wear). They make high quality prints of fellow artists work and place the prints directly on high-quality, soft, attire (shirts, hoodies, denim). So glad we had time to at least see his work.. Really cool to see art printed directly onto the clothes. And the cost was really affordable for a custom piece. So cool! I can't wait for the next Open Studio.

What I thought would be a quick 1 hour tour turned into a 4+ hour exploration. It was a terrific experience overall, and both I and my friend came away with some items we're both very happy with.

What is even better is seeing creators from around the world come to San Francisco for the Game Developers Conference. I attended the "To the Supercell Game Changers Women Driving The Industry Forward" event at Chandran Gallery around the Union Square area of San Francisco . It's good to see the diversity of people from different countries like Finland and Germany developing games for the masses and growing their brand. I also enjoyed the space which had delicious food like sushi and an open bar with wine , curated alcoholic drinks and music to enhance the experience . A good art gallery space to see art and to attend events. The event was multidimensional and influential. The good vibes inside are contagious and the gallery space is very spacious A space for artists to display art which is courageous and audacious

E6 Gallery is great. The current show that ends October 14th is a retrospective of Winston Smith, a collage/montage artist who's done iconic work for Playboy, The Dead Kennedys, Green Day, and The New Yorker. The work is astonishing and well displayed. The highlight of the visit was getting to meet Brianna, one of the employees of the gallery. She really took the time to answer my questions in a very friendly and personal matter. It's a rare encounter to find someone who works at a gallery who doesn't have a stick up their back end. I'm not exactly sure what E6 Gallery's focus is since the next exhibition is work by Rob Setrakian, an abstract painter. But whatever art they display it seems like they have a talent for finding visually striking work.

I've taken pottery classes in Virginia and San Francisco, but this 1-month class has been by far the most hands on of them all!
