I originally contacted A&B via Yelp and they got back to me the next day. We were able to schedule someone to come out 2 days after in order to discuss our projects, measure and receive a quote. I had contacted 3 other glass companies for quotes (2 recommended by our contractor) and A&B were the most reasonably priced. They weren't pushy at all and were quick to respond to all my little questions even before we decided to go with them. From Rebecca in the office, to the installation team, everyone was so wonderful to work with! Would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use again!

The mirror didn't break but I needed it glued back onto the hinges. I went to another local glass company that was supposedly at that time the best, and was laughed at saying it couldn't be fixed. (To be honest, I don't think they are in business anymore.) At any rate, I found Crystal glass and they took the job on without hesitation! It held for quite a while and failed again .. but once again ... without hesitation they took it on to find something that would hold... like it was a welcomed challenge... and they did just that! It's been many years now and it's still as good as new! Stop here and don't hesitate to use this company! You won't do better anywhere else!

The next day or short time later I noticed heat on interior side. I called to alert them Glass installed "Backwards". Receptionist said someone will be calling me. With all the SCAMMERS, I recall like a 888 prefix or similar so I hoped to get a voice message to know it was this guy. No message left & NEVER heard back from this company. Every time I open the curtain, reminds me of the BAD Customer Service I received from this Company. Don't know why a Color Dot is not put on side of glass to be on the outside. Want to let others know not to trust their Glass Installation without testing proper side is on the "Outside" which repeals heat.

They did a fantastic job replacing the trim in our windows…read more Our windows were starting to look worn but were still energy efficient. They are in the sunroom of a mobile home where the sunroom was built on a slab foundation as an addition many years ago. Since the addition, Code Enforcement updated its requirement has mandated that IF the windows are REPLACED they must replaced with Hurricane/wind resistant windows. After getting many estimates for window replacement from multiple companies, I explained to Christy at A Pane in the Glass and she and Scott came up with an excellent plan... because our window manufacturer is still in business, they were able to purchase trim from the original manufacturer to replace the existing trim which was severely sun damaged, cracked and breaking off with new trim. The job took a good day but after it was done, our windows look fantastic and like they are brand new! Replacement cost -$13,000-$15,500 Trim replacement - $2,570. WIN FOR US! We are so very thankful to A Pane in the Glass!

Prior to our returning to the area and because they were so respective and informative in our encounter with them in October we didn't hesitate to contacted them and only them to set up an appointment for an estimate and to proceed with the work. But, we waited and waited and no show on the appointment time. Called, got a recording, left a message, no call back. Things happen, jobs run long, people get sick, employees quit We get it! But to not show up, call to reschedule, or call back after a missed call. I change my first statement I'm really disappointed.
