He showed up Saturday afternoon (after the owner texted me several times to ask if the tech had showed up. He had not until later. No contact to inform me when he would arrive. Trust? Seemed to be an awesome RV tech - tech wise. Paid via check. As Todd left and after 10 minutes, Todd called to see if he brought my check back - could he get cash? I went out of my way to go to an ATM on a Saturday to replace the check with $914.00 in cash. I must say I had my doubts about this - but on faith, I gave him $900.00. He stated he would order the parts. We left for our scheduled trip in the motorhome on April 26 - Memorial Day weekend. While on the trip Todd called and the remainder of the parts were in. He requested, when we return home - give him about a week and he would return to complete the maintenance. Selected a day and general time - no show and no communication. Through the month of June and into July 14, two more times were scheduled - all no shows and no communication. Tuesday, July 14 was the last straw. I offered I would accept them shipping the parts to me (since I had paid for them in advance). No help. I also requested they refund my advance payment (and they had the parts). No help. This is unacceptable business practices by any business measure. And a complete failure on business communications. I am credentialed to state this as I am a recent 25 year university school of business faculty member and a former CEO of a sizeable Tech/Hi-Tech Human Resource Consulting firm. I built my business career and model on honesty, integrity, passion and compassion. I cannot say this about this business. Now heading on another route to complete this maintenance. I do not recommend On-Site Mobile RV Repair or King RV Repair.

I had all the parts ordered except one that was found when putting it together. A small gear towards the top was missing two teeth . The repairman said, " no problem I will order this part and have you on your way in a day or two. Well he never came back. I called and he said he forgot to order the part . A week went by and I called again . They never picked up the phone again.. good luck if you decide to use them.

We've been shopping for years and are finally at a point where we can buy a camper. After several…read moreRV shows, shopping online and visiting numerous dealerships, we came back to RV City. The Micro Lite by Flagstaff fit our needs perfectly. We saw the same camper by Rockwood at another dealership in Hot Springs (identical, actually-- turns out they're made at the same facility by the same people, just with different graphics and fabric) but RV City beat their price by more than $3000! Even though we loved the camper, we shopped around a bit more and went to another RV show just to make sure. Nothing we saw beat all the extra features and luxury touches of that camper or the cost we were quoted. Matt, in particular, was an extreme pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing him in the future. He never pressured us and we found it as easy to relate to him as a member of our own family. Nobody online could come close to his quote for that camper anywhere in the country. When we met to close the deal, I was pleasantly surprised to find there were absolutely no hidden fees or last-minute charges. Matt said that was the final cost and it honestly was. RV City gave us a detailed orientation (we're first time owners) and adjusted our hitch for us. We found a couple minor issues after setting up at home, but RV City addressed them quickly and got our camper back to us in just a couple days. I thought this process was supposed to be painful, but I'm overjoyed to attest that the entire process was easy with no unpleasant surprises. I'm so happy with the entire experience and I'd recommend any of my family or friends to get a camper from RV City in Benton.

They advertised one price; Curtis confirmed it, snuck in the higher price on the contract. Christine (Owner) never once explained why the $4000 price difference. Don't bother telling them no on a service contract. They'll slip it in anyway, calling it "the warranty". To hide their scam, they refused to give copies of the loan agreement at the signing, saying, "It'll come in the mail", 5 weeks later. Christine did refund "the warranty", $2,995, but did not remove it from the bill of sale, costing me more taxes. This is their business model; it's not about the customer, it's about the take... Take you business elsewhere.

As a solo female with some…read moreprevious rv experience, I have come to expect condescending, unprofessional treatment from the RV industry. I went in with a chip on my shoulder that was immediately knocked off by an entire staff of people that actually seemed to love their jobs. My salesman, John Jett Herron is extremely knowledgeable about the various trailers, and able to deliver the information without all the smarmy rhetoric I had experienced at dealers from Arkansas to Oklahoma. He listened carefully to my concerns and gave thorough detailed responses, without pushing. The price and extras we negotiated were exactly what I received on the final paperwork...right down to the heavy duty dog screen they installed. The young man who did my walk thru, also named John, was articulate, incredibly knowledgeable and very, very patient with my repeated questions. Everyone has made me feel welcome and encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions, and I have taken them up on the offer. A family owned, multi-generational company that still remembers what service means.

We are camping today and had a problem with our TV sound. I called Razorback and Kyle spent much of the afternoon on the phone with me and running from camper to camper on the lot trying to find a TV like ours to see how to help me. The cell service here is spotty and it kept disconnecting us. He continually called me back over and over again until he helped me get the sound fixed on our tv. He was genuinely patient and dedicated to helping me get my problem taken care of. This has been our experience with Razorback every time we have needed help! If you are in the market for a camper, you will be doing yourself a huge favor to go check out Razorback Camper Sales. You will be so glad you did! We sure are!
