I was actually looking for some longer self tapping replacement screws for an incorrectly factory installed part. So, I showed Steve, who took my part to the back while I talked to the one of the other owners, Randy. Apparently, this is a new location and from what I observed it seems to be very well done. Everyone was super friendly and the store has a really nice family atmosphere. Steve came back pretty quickly with my part and told me they had to make a slight modification to fit in the larger screws but everything checked out beautifully and I was able to later reinstall it on my trailer in no time at all. The really cool thing is when I asked what I owed, Randy said not to worry about it. Nice! If I lived in this area and was looking for a new RV or a place to have my RV serviced, I would definitely consider Quality Wheelz as a first "go to".

Called for a mobile RV guy to come check out issues with a slide that wouldn't go out on a Sunday evening. I had already stated on the phone that most likely, the motor of the slide was going out. JB, the service tech, came out quickly and was professional. Confirmed what we already knew that the motor needed replaced...charged us $400 and said that he would let the office know and they would contact Grand Design for the part number of the motor needed and we would hear from them in the next couple days. I called a couple of days later because we hadn't heard from them and talked to Matt in the parts department. He stated he had sent an email to Lippert and Grand Design a couple of days ago with no response. It's now been nearly a 3 weeks without hearing from RV mobile company, no call, no email, no text...I've called twice and every time a receptionist answers that sounds like she's so annoyed to do her job. I lost $400 to this company to do nothing more than confirm what I already knew. At $400 a pop, it shouldn't be my responsibility to call and check to make sure they are doing their end of the job. Watch out this company will happily take your money with no results!

I had an extremely bad experience with Riggs Outdoors. Not to go on a total rant, I'll hit the key…read morenotes. First, they are not open on the weekend making it very difficult to do business. I had to take vacation to purchase my bike. The first day of vacation they were too busy to complete my paperwork, so I had to burn another day to finalize the deal. Next, the paperwork was not done correctly (dates were not correct) and they needed me to take another day of vacation to come to store to sign new paperwork. I did not have any more vacation so they mailed me the paperwork. I signed and sent back the day I received it. When I received the paperwork from the credit union, I was already 5 days late on my payment. Very frustrating Each time I discussed my aggravations, I felt as through they wrote me off. Maybe it's because they are a big business, or they do not have passion for Moto sports but I can not recommend this place for your Moto needs and I will use Fayetteville store or shop out of state. I feel it will be worth my time.

After bringing back the boat we rented before our time was even up the group I was with got accused of having a scratch on the side of the boat($498) Its like the boys working there knew where the scratch was the whole time because they went straight to it...A scratch that you could cover up with a sharpie! We got told to never come back to rent from this marina again by a bunch of teenagers who work there.. They were completely rude, back talking all of us and talking to us like we were 5 year olds! As much as we argued back with these kids, waited around for a cop to come, posting three reviews on their facebook page, making a personal status about this place you would think they should believe us that we didn't make a scratch on the boat..hell we didn't even have an anchor! When we were on the sandbar we had someone on the boat and someone hanging on to the ladder making sure we didn't let boat get away from us or damage it! We also got accused by the manager that we hooked on to some other boat when we were on the water which is not true! The emission control system has detected a large leak in the evaporative control system which can allow fuel vapors to escape into the atmosphere." REMEDY: "What should I do? Have your vehicle checked by an authorized dealer." He apparently thought I had made this up because he said he had never heard of that before. I tried to let him know about the "Ford Pass" app but he seemed disinterested. All he told me is he could schedule an appointment for 11/24/2025 and they will figure it out. It took Crain Ford of Little Rock 34 days to "figure it out" the last time a Ford dealership "worked" on it. Apparently, I just experienced the "Everett Difference".
