It was beginning to rain outside and I had a full day ahead of me, caring for my patients. I was not acknowledged when I came in. The employee at the counter noticed me, but didn't say a word to me. He was assisting another customer at that time. Another employee walked by and seemed to intentionally turn his head the other direction as he walked by so he wouldn't have to assist me. I saw one or two more employees in the back who also noticed me, but didn't come out to help. I literally stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged or spoken to. No one ever said a word to me. Not even a "we'll be right with you." I left and went down the road to Auto Zone where I was immediately greeted and assisted. My needs were met, without grief. The gentleman there even spoke with me while he worked on my car. Wouldn't accept any money for his service, but thanked me for caring for my patients and asked me to leave a good review for him. I certainly will do that! I believe his name was Daniel. He went above and beyond to assist me and get me back on the road in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

Never got a call back on it and the man I dropped it off to left the company and no one knows where my bow is or any paperwork on it and told me I'm just SOL on my bow. Got in touch which the guy I dropped it off too and immediately stopped answering questions about it when I told him my name. They refuse to make it right and manager got a horrible attitude towards me when I talked to him about it basically telling me it's my own fault because I have been busy and didn't keep calling about it to check on it. Even after having several witnesses say they saw me drop it off to them they refuse to reimburse me for my bow or make it right in any way. I would NEVER leave a bow or firearm at this place to get work done if I was you. Never seen such horrible business practices or customer care in my life!
