We have used Wulf Brothers in Sturgeon Bay for furnace maintenance and repairs for almost twenty…read moreyears. We have also used them for our fireplace repair. So, not new customers. Last fall we had a new furnace put in. All went well but the techs left a bracker turned off. This cut power to our refrigerator. We were in Florida. Didn't discover our moldy, smelly refrigerator until coming back to WI for summer. We call to complain and ask to schedule service. Wulf Brothers would not claim responsibility for tech leaving power off at bracker and blamed power outages for problem. We were initially told they wouldn't service our furnace because we didn't have a plan with them. They said they would consider if we bought a plan now. Very disappointed in the company. We will be looking elsewhere for furnace and fireplace services.

The layout is a little maze-like, but that's sort of part of the fun in my opinion...the store just keeps going and going and going... Definitely worth going here rather than one of the purely "touristy items" places if you're looking for something to do on a day when the weather isn't fabulous!
