Reinhard Plumbing, Fish Creek, has been our go-to for home plumbing servicing for over 20-years…read more You might say we grew up with them. They in every sense of the word take care of us. This past year, they stopped by to check on an issue we had in our "water closet." They saw we were in need of a water heater, and within a month installed a recommended water heater and had it set-up with safe-guards. We found a water leak that was just starting to appear, so the timing was impeccable for troubleshooting. Very grateful to them for grabbing-the-brass-ring and making this happen for us quite unexpectedly, in such a short period of time during the pandemic, and doing such a thorough job. Their loyal service through the years past and years to come is so appreciated, "thank you." We wouldn't have a home if it wasn't for your servicing specifically and in our communities. Laurie

The third time I finally got through and talk to the lady who said they would call me back and they never did. I was calling for our business to get a new toilet. My boss talked to someone who worked there on top of me calling three times and again no response. On a separate matter pertaining to my home we called and they said they would call us back. We then called back a week later And they finally came out right away. I feel so incredibly defeated. If a business is too busy to come take care of my problem then let me know so I can move onto the next plumber. Don't leave me hanging! I know it's Covid but a 30 second phone call letting me know you cannot take care of my problem would be nice.

Worth the money alone), cleaned and repaired the logs, then applied a blending color of chinking and finally stained the logs and the cedar shake siding on an addition. Very high attention to detail, and quality of work was better than I was likely to do myself, but more importantly, was pro-active in solving problems with rotting wood, and aesthetic issues with my original color scheme, taking care of problems outside the original task at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.
