We bought a used washer from Curzon, and it took several phone calls of pleading to get it…read moreinstalled 5 weeks later. The company was to install the used washer, take the working dryer off the old non-working washer and reinstall the working dryer. Half of the job got done. The owner left me to install the gas dryer and hook up on my own, with no communication that he didn't plan on finishing the job. Accused me of saying we said we would do the job and then threatened to take the working used washer back, since I was upset that the job wasn't completed. Lovely! I gave him the 2 star for showing up and a cheap price on the washer, let's see if it continues to work or I will be back to adjust the rating to a one star.

I have called this place three times over the past two weeks. The first two times I left a message…read morewith my problem and my phone number and got no response. The third time I finally got through and talk to the lady who said they would call me back and they never did. I was calling for our business to get a new toilet. My boss talked to someone who worked there on top of me calling three times and again no response. On a separate matter pertaining to my home we called and they said they would call us back. We then called back a week later And they finally came out right away. I feel so incredibly defeated. If a business is too busy to come take care of my problem then let me know so I can move onto the next plumber. Don't leave me hanging! I know it's Covid but a 30 second phone call letting me know you cannot take care of my problem would be nice.

Reinhard Plumbing, Fish Creek, has been our go-to for home plumbing servicing for over 20-years…read more You might say we grew up with them. They in every sense of the word take care of us. This past year, they stopped by to check on an issue we had in our "water closet." They saw we were in need of a water heater, and within a month installed a recommended water heater and had it set-up with safe-guards. We found a water leak that was just starting to appear, so the timing was impeccable for troubleshooting. Very grateful to them for grabbing-the-brass-ring and making this happen for us quite unexpectedly, in such a short period of time during the pandemic, and doing such a thorough job. Their loyal service through the years past and years to come is so appreciated, "thank you." We wouldn't have a home if it wasn't for your servicing specifically and in our communities. Laurie
