The company was to install the used washer, take the working dryer off the old non-working washer and reinstall the working dryer. Half of the job got done. The owner left me to install the gas dryer and hook up on my own, with no communication that he didn't plan on finishing the job. Accused me of saying we said we would do the job and then threatened to take the working used washer back, since I was upset that the job wasn't completed. Lovely! I gave him the 2 star for showing up and a cheap price on the washer, let's see if it continues to work or I will be back to adjust the rating to a one star.

My power pole went down in my yard during a wind storm, and I was told by Wisconsin Public Service…read morethat it was my responsibility to find a new pole, dig the hole, and get an electrician to my house to wire it. All the while, not having any electricity until it was done. As you can imagine, shear panic set in after hearing this news. Frustrated with my current predicament, Randy Massart was a lifesaver when he told me he could come out right away to look at the downed pole and what this situation would all entail, even though he already had a very busy schedule. He lined everything up, from getting the pole, to having someone dig the hole, then wiring it and getting Wisconsin Public Service back out to hook my electricity up. He was exceptionally kind on the phone and their work was top notch! I am so grateful for everything he did for me that day, and would highly recommend him!
