The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.

One call to Bay Heating Services, and they were here within the hour. Now, they were here this past summer for our air conditioning when of course, we were having the 90 degree Temps. They gave us exceptional service 6 mos ago and again now for our furnace. ​They were able to get us up and running in no time. These guys are incredible. Other companies gave us long lead times to get the furnace fixed or replaced. Tom from Gerondale Heating came out to check our furnace that same evening. He showed me the issue and said we either needed a burner replacement or a new furnace. The old furnace was undersized and a replacement, for a little more money, gave us a proper size and a 10 year warranty. We opted for the new furnace, and Tom Jr. brought one up from Green Bay and had it completely installed and working properly by noon the next day.
