We had a tech recently come to our house. Before coming to our home their communication was great…read moreand they were very responsive. The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.

This guy will charge you for every little change added and not tell you what the cost will be...even after asking him to give you a quote on the changes. After 21 years in business you'd think he would develop some sort of communication skills. We told him exactly what look we wanted and even provided a photoshopped image of it...all he said was OK, then he totally ignored our drawings and kept doing what he thought needed to be done. We ended up doing part of the work ourselves because he would not listen to what we wanted. Then there's the deck! We didn't realize that expecting a nice border around a new deck would be "extra". This guy was actually going to start the front of the deck with a deck board cut in half lengthwise, instead of putting the cut piece in the back of the deck against the house where it wouldn't be seen. Not professional craftsmanship. Do you want your deck to look like an amateur did it? Do you want to be over charged by $1000's? Do you want no communication as to thoughts/ideas and costs? THEN THIS IS THE GUY FOR YOU.
