Had issues with things "installed" by the delivery guys and had issues with an additional appliance as well and Kevin came to the rescue! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in every appliance that I purchased. I would request him in the future with ANY needs. I hope he gets paid a ton because he's a keeper. The repair person was new and didn't order all the necessary parts requiring 3 visits and prolonging the agony of none working main refrigerator for 2 months. All this was for a high end newer refrigerator under warranty. Unfortunately this company was the only option to fix this model/brand. Avoid if you can.
