We would like to share our experience with Brad Tanck Plumbing. We called this company three days…read moreago about a plumbing project in Ellison Bay, WI, and were told by Missi that Brad would call us back, which never happened. When we called today and introduced myself, asking for Missi, she hung up on me without saying anything further. We tried calling back several times with no response. We would highly not recommend this company due to their very poor customer service, which can be a significant problem in future projects when you need reliable communication. After we left a negative review, Missi called me back from a hidden telephone number, trying to represent a different company "Cart On 12" (where we also left negative feedback which is posted on Google) and tried to figure out who we were and why we left the negative feedback. This disappointed me even more and makes it seem like this company is not focused on plumbing at all.

I have called this place three times over the past two weeks. The first two times I left a message…read morewith my problem and my phone number and got no response. The third time I finally got through and talk to the lady who said they would call me back and they never did. I was calling for our business to get a new toilet. My boss talked to someone who worked there on top of me calling three times and again no response. On a separate matter pertaining to my home we called and they said they would call us back. We then called back a week later And they finally came out right away. I feel so incredibly defeated. If a business is too busy to come take care of my problem then let me know so I can move onto the next plumber. Don't leave me hanging! I know it's Covid but a 30 second phone call letting me know you cannot take care of my problem would be nice.

Reinhard Plumbing, Fish Creek, has been our go-to for home plumbing servicing for over 20-years…read more You might say we grew up with them. They in every sense of the word take care of us. This past year, they stopped by to check on an issue we had in our "water closet." They saw we were in need of a water heater, and within a month installed a recommended water heater and had it set-up with safe-guards. We found a water leak that was just starting to appear, so the timing was impeccable for troubleshooting. Very grateful to them for grabbing-the-brass-ring and making this happen for us quite unexpectedly, in such a short period of time during the pandemic, and doing such a thorough job. Their loyal service through the years past and years to come is so appreciated, "thank you." We wouldn't have a home if it wasn't for your servicing specifically and in our communities. Laurie

They should be your first call if you are looking for a qualified plumber. We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing projects. They said they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 and at 8:00 the doorbell rang. They had the new hot water heater installed, removed the old one and the area cleaner than when they arrived all before 10:30. Curtis walked me through the settings and operations as the old heater was from 20 years ago, and lots has changed over the years. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. Curtis and Scott were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I know they will be my first call when I have a plumbing need.
